Description of Work: this company installed my garage door openers in January. About a month ago one of the doors stopped working. I finally got around to contacting them. I was informed a technician would be available the following day and would contact me in the morning. The technician contacted me on time and he arrived on time. My door opener was fixed in a short period of time and the technician was courteous and extremely professional. I was not charged for this service. I would HIGHLY recommend the Overhead Door company.

 + -1 moreWe could not get into or out of our garage, so we considered this a small emergency. Overhead Door Corporation treated it that way. They came to our house the very day we called, with all the needed parts to effect repair. This way two trips would not be necessary. The repairmen were understanding of our concerns, and fixed the door in less than an hour. The new chain, and a few other parts have also made the door quieter.
Description of Work: Overhead Door Corporation repaired the opening mechanism on the garage door. The chain on the opener had snapped, and was hanging down.

They came out to do the installation two or three days after I called them. The did the work in about an hour. They cleaned up well after themselves when they were done.

I thought they charged a fair price. It wasn't bargain basement prices, but they didn't over charge me either.

I was very pleased with their employees as they were very friendly and easy to have around. They were referred to me by my neighbors because everyone in my neighborhood has used them.

 + -1 moreOverhead Door did a good job. I was pleased with their work. The were knowledgeable and answered all of my question. The door has been working just fine. They even called once to make sure if it was working properly after the installation.
Description of Work: They installed one sixteen foot steel garage door for me. I had two garage doors, but wanted just one big one. They had to remove the center piece along with removing the two smaller doors.

My garage door is really big and they didn't seam to have any problems with the installation and didn't cause any damage to the door itself. They are very professional. I usually hire people locally however I decided to use them as they are more of a corporation and I was glad that I did. They are very polite and they are nice to have around.

 + -1 moreOverall, they did a good job. Everything is fixed and working properly. The only problem I have is that for the same price, I could have gotten a brand new door. They did offer me a new door, but they were already here and prepared to do some repairs. I did not want to wait any longer for a new door. I feel as if I should have gotten a cheaper price.

 + -1 moreThe job did not take very long for the technician to complete. He was at our house a little early, and did not waste time talking, not rude, just business like. After the task was done he explained what was wrong with the old opener, and why the door made so much noise, during operation. He then gave us his own card with his cell phone number in case we needed to speak with him in the near future. This has not been necessary.
Description of Work: Overhead Door Company installed a new garage door opener and repaired the tracks. They were slightly bent, causing a loud noise during opening and closing.

The job was finished very quickly, maybe ninety minutes, or less. The old garage door opener was placed in his truck for disposal, and he cleaned everything else up before he left. There have been no problems with the new opener.

 + -1 moreI had the old time garage doors where you had to lift them up, so I had the Overhead Door Company install the new modern garage doors with the openers. They gave me a great price, did a really good job, they showed up on time and cleaned up their mess. We did have a problem with one of the garage doors opening, so they came right back out and fixed it. I haven't had any trouble with it since, so I will use them again if needed.
