Showed up on time and only 2 hours after I called. Fixed the spring and door. Also gave me some tips to prevent this in the future. Courteous and did what they said in a very professional manner.

Showed up early. Got the job done quickly and even set up the rest of the remotes and for the other garage door as well. Nicely done. Even programmed the button in the car.

Never received any response after numerous inquiries.

Job was completed as requested.

Everything went so well and they even saved me a few dollars in the process. The only down side was the original installer made a mistake and the original door had problems after he left. Five people had to come to the house before they figured out the simple problem. To their credit, they kept coming out. I'm sure they thought I was trying to pull a fast one on them. They got everything working and I'm very happy I called them.

If you have garage door problems, use this company. Even though they were fully booked for four daysl they managed to squeeze me in within a few hours of my call. Robert Mann came out, went right to work and fixed my problem. Probably spent more time with me than he anticipated but was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Problem solved! Highly recommend!!

Service was wonderful. The owner/serviceman took pride in doing quality work. He arrived exactly when he said he would then inspected the door. He suggested replacing the rollers at the same time as replacing the broken tension spring. After agreeing to replace what was suggested, he promptly went to work fixing my problem. He replaced the single tension spring with 2 tension springs and replaced rollers. I am just happy to know a great door service provider in the area that I will call again, if needed.

They were very good and I was very happy with them.

Our garage door was 14 years old and the spring on it finally gave out and broke. Not only that, the cables came off the spools and the door was damaged when it closed. It would not open. One of our autos was inside but, luckily, the other one was outside. We called Overhead Door and the technician showed up the following morning around 9:00am and was finished within two hours. The company's website even had a coupon that we used.

Everything went great. He was very friendly & Prompt. Fixed the problem very quickly and explained everything very well!

The technician was courteous, prompt and thorough. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our garage door opener and resolved the problem in a matter of minutes. Then he checked the operation of the door and discovered another problem that contributed to the malfunctioning garage door opener. He quickly fixed that problem also. I was impressed with his knowledge and the amount of equipment that he had in his truck to repair our garage door. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again!

Overhead Door of Conroe has been my garage door provider for several years. Robert, the technician, has been the servicer. As always, the company was responsive, punctual and professional. I have found their prices to always be fair. Robert called me the morning of the appointment and said he would be here between 1 - 3 pm. He arrived at 2. He went right to work,and had both springs replaced in about an hour. Then he spent a few minutes fine tuning the operation of the door. He has always been very good and he is technically sound. In other words, he is a pro. I will definately use them next time.

The springs in the garage door broke and the cars were stuck in the garage. Within two hours Overhead Door Comp had someone out there to open the garage door and assess what was needed to fix it. It was fixed the next day in about a half hour of work. The repair man was friendly and knew what he was doing. I did not call any other repair companies so I have no idea if the price was reasonable or not.

My husband and I came home from shopping one day and noticed a wire hanging out from the side of the garage. The electric opener would only open the door about 2 feet. We could not open it manually. I searched Angie's list for a service company and found this one. They had great reviews, are local and there was even a coupon for 20% off. I called after hours on Wednesday and they returned my call about 7:15 Thursday morning. I explained the problem, recv'd an estimated quote over the phone and we set up a time for service. The serviceman called and asked if he could come earlier than the original time and that was fine with me. He arrived about 8:20 and was completely done by 9:00. The garage door works perfectly. Everyone was courteous and professional. They take checks and debit/charge cards. I was very pleased with this company.

He installed an excellent new garage door opener that opens and closes almost silently. Prompt, professional service. Robert was delightful and not at all salesy. He did show me a can of the industrial lubricant his company uses and I happily bought a can for $10.00. He also showed me how to use that lubricant to perform annual maintenance (told me it was best done in November just before it gets cold). The price (which included tax) was for parts and service and included the following components: - the opener (3/4 HP) - a keypad just outside of the garage - a control pad inside the garage at the doorway to our house - 3 remote controls for our vehicles - very nice remotes - quite small - one can of industrial lube

Mark showed up on time, had the necessary parts in his truck, and got the job done within 30 minutes. He took care of the issue without trying to make more out of it than there was. I highly recommend them.

I checked the Angie's list and found Overhead Door got good reports and was not far from my place. I called in the morning, and the reception told me Robert can be here between 2:30 to 4:30 at that day. In about 2:00, Robert called and asked if he can be here a little bit earlier. He arrived at around 2:15. He immediately found the problem and change the parts, he also gave me a can of garage door use lubricant and tell me how to apply the lubricant. I am very satisfy with Robert's job. I also got discount by printing the coupon from the Angie's list.

Thomas from Overhead told us that he was going tone at our house between 2 - 4 pm and he arrive shortly after 2pm. not only was punctual during this holiday time, he with efficient and did his job cleanly. He was friendly and informative. I really appreciated that he told me about the coupon, he really didn't have to do that. At this time, any saving is appreciated and a bonus is that I found Angies's List.

I spent $240 on his services and he took care of what I needed. Everything was good. The experience was fine. The guy was very good at what he did. He took about an hour or an hour and a half at the most to do it and got the job done. I will use his services again in the future.
