Description of Work: When I first moved here, they had a coupon in a little magazine and I had them do some work for me on my existing garage door.

Description of Work: They came out in October of 2009 they replaced springs and 10 different rollers for $502. I had to call them back because the new springs weren't tight enough, they came out. They charged me an additional service charge price for $47.50 + 17.50 to tighten the springs. I don't feel like I should have paid additional cost for fixing something they didn't do right. I will not be calling them back for anything else.

Description of Work: I had a new garage door installed by O'Brien during a remodel only home exterior. I was very pleased with their service including punctuality, responsiveness, professionalism and price. I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: My garage door was partially off the track and very hard to close so I contacted O'Brien Garage Doors to replace the rollers and perform a tune-up. The appointment was originally schedule for 12-2 on a Saturday. I received a call around 1 p.m. saying the gentleman was hung up at another job but could he come later in the afternoon. That worked out so he got there around 4:30pm. It took him about 20 minutes to replace the rollers and do the tune-up. The garage door works perfectly now.

Description of Work: Got coupon in MoneyMailers; checked out company on Angie's List. Called for service, tech called to schedule appointment within 15 minutes, and arrived on time after making a notification phone call. Checked out door, replaced all pulleys and wheels and recalibrated the opener. Done within 30 minutes. Door operates like new. Very professional, friendly and service oriented.
