Description of Work: They completed a chimney safety inspection and sweep. They, also, repaired mortar and installed an extension on the gas pipe for wood burning fires. All work was performed quickly and on time, and I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: I originally scheduled this company to clean our air ducts, but after talking to the technician, Michael, I learned that the company that had come the day before to clean the chimney, did NOT do a very good job. In fact, after learning how it should have been done, I felt taken advantage of. So, before Michael began to clean the ducts, he called his boss to see if he could come look @ our chimney & give us an estimate on some repairs that we needed. He did so, and after our request to do the repairs right then, he kindly made room in his schedule for us! The owner was very accommodating, respectful and forthcoming as to what needed to be done & why. He vacuumed the bottom of the firebox & cleaned the gas logs, replaced some mortar in the back wall & under the lintel. He also painted the firebox. Though I was quite curious, the owner was very patient & informative. As a kind gesture, he added some embers @ no charge. Michael was pleasant & professional and did a great job cleaning our air ducts. Our experience with Guardian Chimney Sweep of Conroe, was delightful!! As I told the owner, we will be calling them back for more air duct cleaning after we finish remodeling the rest of our house. Can't say enough good things about Guardian Chimney Sweep!
