Guardian Chimney Sweep was great. She did a phenomenal job cleaning my chimney and then gave me a quick overview of things I needed to know before starting up the chimney again. She was thorough and professional and helpful.

I called 3 times to ask for a quote in writing. I never got it. I called today to inform them that I never got a quote and my review would be unfavorable and the lady said "fine you have yourself a good day".

Serviceman was right on time. Before cleaning the inside of my fireplace, as well as the gas logs, he laid a blanket down so no dust could get on my floor or furnishings. He noticed that the logs were set a little too close to the front, then adjusted the log rack so the gas could flow better through the logs. He also noted that the gas pipe was at the correct length to the logs. Next, he went outside and did an inspection of the chimney by getting on the roof. Except for a slight crack in the caulking around the cap there were no problems. The caulking was not something that required repair at this time. This serviceman was very professional in doing his job, in cleaning up after his inspection, and in the information he gave. I will call this company again.

Billy did an excellent job! The burner and chimney were ok. He rearranged the logs and the other materials in the fireplace, and he suggested a safer way of starting the fireplace. We were very happy with the work he did for us.

Guardian Chimney Sweep is an inept company when hired to replace chimney caps. The technician sent to measure the specifications of the chimney cap couldn't do it even though scaffolding was available for him to use. The stucco company employees, who owned the scaffolding, had no problems accessing the chimney cap but the employee of Guardian Chimney Sweep did! The worse part, was the rude and obnoxious behavior of Billy, the owner Of Guardian Chimney Sweep. He was extraordinarily unprofessional. The capabilities of this company are very limited. They can clean chimneys but anything beyond that is beyond their scope.

She was great, explained what she was doing and what she discovered. Also cleaned up before she left.

Excellent. Everyone from start to finish has been exceptional and went above and beyond with customer service. They had to locate 3 feet of flue pipe that would match the existing flue pipe which was a difficult task. They also installed 2 chimney caps;

Great experience with Guardian and the team both times I have used them (2018 and 2019). BILLY, CHARLES & DEON were all great to work with over two service visits (2018 and 2019). The latest was the repair described above. They were communicative, respectful, prompt, and did a great job (and took the time) answer all of my questions regarding my chimney, how to care for it, etc. They had a lot of work as it had probably been a decade since anything was done to my crown/cap/etc. Very happy with this service and will have them back next year for a sweep and inspection.
