They were courteous, friendly and fairly quick. There was some cleanup necessary on my part after they finished. There was quite a bit of debris to vacuum, and if I wanted the vents cleaned I had to clean them myself while they were working.

Excellent. Charles did an inspection inside and out, brushed the flue cleaned the logs and fireplace, and removed the dead animal. Charles is very knowledgeable about chimneys.

Left a message and sent email early in the morning I dictating I had a time sensitive inspection window due to our option period while trying to purchase a home. Didn't hear back by lunch. I followed up and was able to speak with someone who said they would speak to the owner who was out at the time and that they would get back to me. I did not hear back. I followed up the next morning and was told they could not work me in to the schedule. It's understandable that they could not work me in. It is also disappointing that someone could not follow up with me and let me know that sooner than they did and o Lynn after my persistent following up on my end.

Great service and right on time. Bill Little was very knowledgeable. Left work area very clean. Service call was far outside normal service area but Mr. Little willingly travelled the extra distance to service my chimney.

I contacted the Guardian Chimney Sweep on College Park in The Woodlands. Excellent job and very professional. He cleaned out our whole fireplace and cleaned the gas line because the fire was turning on and off. He was impressively thorough and offered tips on where to clean if our issue stops happening again. He also cleaned our dryer vent to the outside at a discounted rate for booking two services. Our vent ended up being clogged so I'm very thankful it was thoroughly cleaned before a fire started.

Went fantastic. He pointed out that we needed to keep our grate towards the back of the fireplace box and cleaned the chimney. Next fire burned better with less smoke. Thank you!

I didn't get contacted for a few weeks after purchasing service due to an oversight or some communication issue but once I got in contact with the company, they were extremely prompt in responding and very willing to work around our schedules. The young man who provided our service was very polite and hardworking. Chimney was cleaned and inspected with no traces of soot left behind. We will definitely call this company again the next time we need chimney service or cleaning. This was also our first time to use Angie's List and we will most certainly use it again!

Billy Little came out a few days after I called and checked my chimney for a leaking problem I have been having for over 2 years. He found a crack in the flashing and repaired it back in early July 2016. He told me to keep an eye on it when it rains and to let him know if it leaked again and he would come out and try to find the leak for free. Well, it has rained plenty since then and I have not had any more leaking inside my house since he repaired that flashing! He did a great job. I was surprised he found the leak on his first visit. Another 'chimney' repair company came out 2 years prior and tried to repair where they thought the leak was coming from and then I could never get ahold of that repair man again! I would highly recommend Guardian Chimney Sweep to anyone who is having any leaking problems. Billy was professional and spent time answering all my questions. He was prompt for the appointments as well.

Guardian was fantastic. Their tech came to our house and diagnosed our issues, and also fixed a faulty vent flap on the roof that we didn't even know was causing problems. We've already got them on the calendar for next year's visit!
