Guardian Chimney Sweep

Melissa was great - she contacted me on her way to my home, and showed up when she said she would. She did my chimney first and then followed up with the dryer vent. You would have never known she was there once she was complete. I appreciate her hard work and punctuality. Will definitely hire again in the future.

Great. He not only cleaned, but inspected and repaired.

Called 5 times over a period of 3 weeks and never got an answer. Used them for the last 10 years, but evidently being a return customer doesn’t matter to them. Won’t use again

Guardian installed spring controlled chimney cap, which will eliminate water from leaking into fireplace. They patched cracks in the mortar around fireplace. They cleaned the chimney, firebox, and my gas logs. Patched mortar inside firebox, and set up my gas firelogs. Also replaced a module on my remote control gas starter.

They called and left a message. I called back and left a message. Never heard back.

It went really well. They were super nice, courteous and friendly. They take pride in their work. They were just all around great and they didn't leave a mess.

I had a cleaning/inspection and the gas bar replaced in my chimney. After a misunderstanding, the company quickly and efficiently resolved the problem. The company provided excellent work and I will definitely use them again for my regular cleaning and any problems that may arise. This is a company with integrity and excellent customer service!!!!

I'm just letting you know up front. They don't have a message service for the phone number they provide, and they don't respond to messages through their website ( at least within 4 days, anyway). Our mom and pop shop does at least that much, so I won't be calling this place again. Guess I'm still searching for a different company.

I wasn't home when they came; my son was here. They did what I asked them to do.

I have hired Guardian in the past. They used to do a great job of inspecting the chimney and then provide a written and diagram report. Now, nothing. Their inspection consisted of walking outside, looking at ONE side of the chimney and stating it looked good. No inspection of all sides or interior of chimney. The fireplace was cleaned but they put the fire screen back on crooked and the gas pipe was bumped. Need to call a plumber to inspect that now. Used to be a wonderful company run by a veteran. No more.
