Description of Work: Very nice people-"Texas Friendly". Prompt, had a bunch of equipment, and went right to work. The process was explained and then began. The technician, Johnny, brought me two air vents that were encrusted with stuff which I proceeded to clean and give back and here is the rub, Johnny then moved to the attic ( on one of our 100+ degree days at 2:30 in the afternoon ) and continued working with only hand held equipment. He said he was able to clean all the other vents from there. He was up there about 45 minutes. Since I remained downstairs with the dog and really do t do attics it is at this point I must assume the work was done. I would have liked him to remove and reinstall the other vents since I can not stand on ladders, but he assured me they were fine. He sprayed for mold and installed new filters (ones I had already purchased). So since I do not know much about the process, my only judgement to grade is the people (an easy A Johnny was great), the fact he appeared knowledgable and worked right along and my usual beginning layer of dust on my desk did not appear this morning. I will use them again when that dust layer appears again EVERY morning.

Not good at all!
Description of Work: He was outside for no more than 10min @ my dryer vent. Then when I asked if he was going to do any inside work on vent, he offered up another less than 10 min.! I have had little if any improvement on my clothes drying time! Really disappointed and am going to hire another lint blasting company.

Description of Work: Called and scheduled an appointment. The contractor showed up but did not have a tall ladder and no truck mounted cleaning equipment, promised to show up early the next day but never showed up or picked up my phone calls or text messages. Finally responds with a text saying he will show up on Monday without consulting whether I would be available. Calls to the office on Monday, but no response back.

Description of Work: Repaired a rusty but solid chimney cap. Removed the rust and primed and painted the entire cap. Afterwards, sent two photos of the completed job. The serviceman was very courteous to my wife and handled the job professionally. I have no complaints and great respect for an honest days work.
