Description of Work: Actually the guy was early. Appointment was set for 1-2 pm, I had a meeting |and returned home around 11:00 am and the guy was parked in my driveway, he said he thought the appt was at 11:00, anyway he came in checked the fireplace and cleaned it. When he was ready to leave I asked him wasn't he going to check the chimney/flue cap(I think that's what it's called), but he said he had already done it before I came home. That's the one thing that concerned me, and from my experience with contractors I'm not too trusting any more. That's one thing I can't really confirm.

I notice that you stated you used us on the 18th of November for gutter cleaning but that is not correct as we are not doing gutter cleaning at this time of year.
