Description of Work: The service man cleaned my dryer vent. He was good and completed the job. I had a longer dryer vent tube than he was able to deal with. He wasn't able to put my dryer back in place so it sat in the hallway until my husband got home and put it back. That was inconvenient but not a deal breaker in terms of overall service b

Description of Work: they were on time, and very pleasant. the chimney and firebox were cleaned and the logs restacked properly to maximize heat and appearance. the tech also added a bag of vermiculite for free to add the glowing ember appearance. we are looking forward to using the fireplace this winter.

Description of Work: John was the person who came to my house. He was on time, very knowledgeable and his rates were very competitive. He actually saved me money compared to other quotes I had received. The only complaint I have is the person who answers the phone needs training in being more responsive on the phones. It seems like he didn't care or was bothered by the phone call. There were times when I had to ask if he was still there because he just wasn't receptive to my questions. Overall I got what I needed and would use them again. John was very nice to work with. I would recommend asking for him.
