Description of Work: Service man came to house and said that a new pilot light was needed. Homeowner approved acquisition and installation of new pilot light to be ordered. No further contact from company occurred over the following month or so, so homeowner called into company, whose phone operator said that she would check with company owner and get back to me. No further contact occurred, so my payment to the company through Angie's was a complete waste.

Description of Work: They were there on time or a little before. We had called needing cleaning of our chimney since we had never had a fire in there in the 7 yrs we had lived there. They were very professional and did a great job. Wasn't in our home more than 30 minutes.

Description of Work: He did a great job! I purchased inspection from Angie's list, he was prompt and professional. He came back a second time, I purchased an automatic gas log fire starter for my fireplace. It is perfect! I can leave the gas on, and no longer need the pilot light on, and the remote allows the fireplace to start with a push of button. Very satisfied, will use him again in the future.

Description of Work: Cleaned our chimney and dryer vent. The dryer vent was an add-on which Marty was happy to do even last minute. I very much appreciated his willingness to help and now have peace of mind regarding what was a fire hazard, I'm sure.
