Description of Work: They cleaned my 20+ foot dryer vent which had become clogged. They snaked a rotary brush down the vent to knock all of the junk clinging to the sides of the vent. Dryer works well now so I'm a happy boy!

Description of Work: They when up on the roof and said because it was a special size 10" Dia . the would be $400. A hood would need to fabricated. I was told their manager would call about the price, he never did. I went to Home depot anorder a 10" cap for $36.00. Removed existing flat plate and my 17 year old grand son install it, total job took 20 Minutes. If they had been wearing a mask and carrying a gun I mite let them do another job.

When a purchase is made the recommended days are not tied to our scheduling system, they are preferred times for scheduling. We also had no access to your phone number, so we were unable to call you there.
