He was pleasant and professional. He arrived 30 minutes late but was apologetic. The cleaning is okay but not great.

Ruben with Green Texas Chem-Dry came to our home promptly at noon to clean and seal the grout on our floors. Ruben was very courteous and knowledgeable and took great care taping furniture and protecting rugs before going about his business cleaning all the grout in our kitchen, living room, bathroom, and laundry room. This was a very big project because the grout on our floors was really dark and dirty. Ruben worked diligently to get our grout clean and did an outstanding job. He left around 5 p.m. (as we had an engagement that evening). Ruben and Fiorella came back the following day promptly at 8:00 a.m. to seal and mop all the floors. They did an excellent job, and in no time our floors looked sparkling new! They carefully put all our furniture back in its place and headed out. I highly recommend Green Texas Chem-Dry, and thank them for providing such excellent service. Ruben and Fiorella are a definite asset to this company, and they deserve high praise for a job well done. Thank you, Ruben and Fiorella! Leslie

My floors look SO much better than before. And the serviceman was SUPER nice and very professional. However, I'm noticing a lot of dark spots. I'm not sure if it's because he missed the spots or if he just couldn't get them out. The serviceman did say that it was normal for mold to grow in the grout and if it had been there for awhile, it would be nearly impossible to get out. I just wish I would have known that prior to contracting the service. The dark spots are very noticeable now. Also, I had to mop after he left. The way he dried left streaks all over the floor. Not a big deal, but just something future customers might want to know.

Went well for the most part. Very thorough job. Only complaint...splashed cleaning solution on other nearby surfaces. i.e. window, blinds,end tables, and wall clock. Had to clean up all areas myself. Service man probably was not aware of the overspray/splash.

We have had our floors cleaned by another Angie's List company twice before and were very satisfied. When I saw the deal for cleaning floors, I assumed it was the same company. After I bought the deal, I realized it was a different company, but that was ok. The other company had used a scrubber wand to clean the floors and it worked extremely well and did not make a mess at all. Green Texas Chem Dry used a power washer. It made a mess, but he did clean up his mess. The overall result was that we just wanted him out of our house as soon as possible and did not seal the floor. We now know the first question to ask. What equipment do you use?

The cleaning in the entry and the master bathroom went perfect. We had the tile grout painted white with an epoxy paint three years earlier It mostly came up with the acidic cleaner they utilized to clean the floor with. But, there are still remnants of the white paint in parts of the grout lines. The crew, a man and woman worked very hard in the kitchen to remedy the problem but no so well in the hall bathroom. The hall bathroom could have been done better. Also, a small section of the hallway laminate flooring in front of the hall bath has buckled.

Arrived when they said he would. He went right to work and was very pleasant. My carpets look great. There was a minor problem and they came out immediately and fixed it.

Excellent communication. Arrived on time. Had carpet cleaned twice before but this company actually removed several stains that were left behind my others. Don't waste your time hiring someone else-they do it right the first time!

Great people and hard workers. They know their stuff. No hard pressure but many suggestions. Some. Suggestions I took advantage of and some I didn't. Overall a very good experience.

I personally work with many of the finest commercial contracting services everyday in Houston so my expectations of service providers is typically pretty high. Furthermore, I often find residential providers to be sorely lacking in their professionalism, skill and reliability. This was absolutely not the case with Green Texas Chem a Dry. They were on time, highly professional, did outstanding work and were priced better than I could expect. I cannot recommend anyone more highly.
