Description of Work: The serviceman was pleasant and efficient. They had to reschedule from the day originally booked because they were helping a person with disabilities - it was a lot more work that they anticipated - moving furniture, etc. I was OK with that, but would have appreciated a call earlier than I received it. They were able to reschedule promptly and gave me extra service at no charge for the scheduling inconvenience. I appeciated that and would use them again.

Description of Work: I was moving out of an apartment and into a home. I needed both the apartment carpets and the new home carpets cleaned. They were very accommodating to do their service with the strict time frames I had in order to get moved on time. I had a little problem with pet urine in one area at the apartment and they were very attentive to that area and got rid of the odors. They worked fast also.

Description of Work: They left standing water all over my floor, between the fridge and wall, in my pantry. They also completely soaked my area rug. It took three days to dry outside laid over a table. I called and explained what had happened and the woman was very nice and apologetic. She explained that they use high pressure water and that the rug should have been removed. The gentlemen who came asked if I wanted them to move it outside and I said, "If it's only going to get a little damp, I'm not worried about that". I assumed that would mean a bit of fine mist. They also took it upon themselves to use my big dust mop to mop up some of the water, without asking if that was ok, which it wasn't, because that was also soaked and took a couple of days to dry out. | |I have had my tile steam cleaned in the past and NEVER had an experience like this.

Description of Work: He arrived a little later than expected but went right to work. Cleaned carpet in bedroom areas. Carpet took a little longer to dry than he said. Carpet looked cleaner. Chemicals used smelled pleasant.

Description of Work: They did the tile cleaning plus some extra square feet and sealing which I paid for which was beyond the $149 for 300 sq. feet of cleaning. They were very reasonable and the tile and grout look much better! I will use them again.
