The process went very smoothly. I contacted Mark Harrington was given a preliminary estimate of $2,100 for the epoxy flooring based on an estimated square footage of 700 sf. Mark overnighted samples from Houston to Austin to show different floor colors and flake mixtures. We were able to use Sherwin-Williams paint samples to narrow down the color and flake mixture over the phone. Mark called the next week and made arrangements to complete the work over a two day period. Mark and his crew were easy to work with and did a great job. The work took approximately six hours the first day with the final clearcoat application taking a couple of hours the following day. Throughout the process, Mark repeatedly checked back with us to make sure our expectations were being met.

I contacted Mark by phone to talk to him about putting down an epoxy covering on my garage floor. He was very knowledgeable about the process and extremely helpful in guiding me with which colors and surface textures would best fit my needs. He practically overnighted at few samples to my house which really helped to have a better understanding of what the finished product would look like. Mark lives in Conroe, TX but it never affected a single step in the two day project. He is faster than many companies I have worked with in Austin!The unusual part in all this was that I work very early as does my wife and I never met Mark face to face. My children's Nanny was my only contact with him when he did the project! He came in town around 10 am and began the project. I moved the majority of my garage belongings into my backyard. He will do some moving but will not clean out a garage full of stuff (I wouldn't offer that either if I was him!!) to get to the floor. The first day he spent around 6 hours cleaning the garage surface with chemicals to remove paint stains, oil stains, and fill large cracks. I have a large three car garage with an extra area with a work bench (around 630 sq. ft). He laid down the first layer that day with all the speckle to make it look very professional He then came back the second day and sealed the surface and applied a slightly rough texture to keep the floor from being slippery once it was completed. He helped me decide this when he noticed I had three kids from 1 to 8 yrs of age so they wouldn't slip and hurt themselves in the garage in the future.Mark did an incredible job. My wife was even thought my silly garage project looked "cool". He left me some extra paint, speckles and epoxy sealer in case I wanted to finish a small part under one of my large cabinets that I did not move.For a person who lives in Conroe to come to Austin and deliver such service without ever meeting him face to face, Mark Harrington was an absolute professional and a gentleman. I feel like I missed out by not meeting him personally.Mark- Thanks for a great job and the extra paint! The garage looks excellent. All my buddies are a bit jealous!!

Mark did a great job, he provided an estimate by phone that proved to be very accurate once we met in person at the job site. Mark was responsive and sensible. He returned my call promptly, he provided an estimate the next day, and he scheduled the work quickly. The garage floor looks good. He does one coat and some of the competitors do two (and charge more), but I am not sure that is needed. He seemed to do job of preparing the surface. It looks just like the sample he showed me. He even filled the lip of my driveway where there was some surface chips.

Every aspect of the project went very well. The floor looks great.

The whole job took 2 days. 72 hours after the second day, we could park the cars. It went really well overall. The garage was transformed completely..it was like getting a new room for under 2k. Mark did a fabulous job. He also fixed my garage door in the process.Everyone who has seen the before and after pictures of our garage now wants to do the same to theirs.

The whole process was simple and there were no pressure tatics. I called and spoke to Mark Harrington and he provided me a general estimate based on his experience. He then stated if the price was in my budget to call him back for a firm quote and to look at color options. I called him back and he arrived on schedule for the firm estimate and we set a date for him to do the job. He arrived as scheduled and the job took a day and a half. The first day involved grinding the floor and applying the expoxy and flakes. The second day he came back to apply the clear coat. The area was clean when he finished. I would definitely recommend Mark for anyone seeking to apply expoxy coatings to their garage floor.

Mark showed up on time to provide initial estimate and on the actual work days. Everything was done as planned and final result fully met expectations. On time, on budget, great work. I highly recommend this contractor.

We had our garage floor done by another company that did a terrible job. I called Mr. Harrington, he came out immediately and gave me a price that included him having to sand off the mess the other company made. I agreed to the price and he put me on his schedule. He came out when he said he would and worked until the job was complete. Unlike other contractors I have hired, he didn't half way do anything. He worked hard all day for three days!! The floor turned out WONDERFUL!! Our previous floor was so slick that every time it rained we slipped and fell. Well, it rained a few days after Mr. Harrington completed his flooring and NO SLIPPING!! Very Pleased!! Thank you Mr. Harrington!

The process went well. It tooks a few days to dry during which we had to leave our cars out of the garage but not a problem.
