Mark at garage door effects did a great job. He communicated the job extremely well. Very responsive. Even my new neighbor commented how good he was and how hard he worked. Would definitely recommend and will use him again for future jobs.

Just realized I never wrote a review for this work done in July 2015. Mark did an AWESOME job and 20 months later it still looks brand new. He did an especially good job with the "flakes", it looks really good (sadly, its the nicest floor in the house, lol). Since the floor went in I've had a number of other contractors in the house and they all compliment the floor. Even the ones who do epoxy floors themselves say its one of the best they've seen.

Mark did a great job and provided excellent service for us. I have a colleague who needs a floor done and was quick to refer him to Mark.

The provider completely changed the look of my garage. It was horroble, and it took him A LOT of work. A normal job for him takes 5 hours with a garage my size. He was there for 10 hours busting but to get the floor perfect. He charges a standard flat rate per sqft so it didnt cost me anymore for the almost double time it took to perform the job. Mark was a stand up ol' boy. I was in the process of moving in and he was left alone at my house for most of the day. He masked off all seems to the inside from the garage to keep any dust from inside. The little things like that which show respect I love. Mark didnt take a penny until the work was completed when he came back for the finale clear coat. Im keeping his number for any future businesses and have already had half a dozen people take his name for their projects.

Outstanding. Mark is a one man operation that is prompt, informative and very hard working. He went about his business and did not miss a thing. Garage looks great and couldn't be more pleased.

Mark did the work himself from start to finish. He worked very diligently and honestly and produced a great product. I would hire him again without any reservations.

I sent a request through his website asking for an estimate to resurface my garage floor. Mark called the next day and quoted my a price of $3 per square foot. he was able to schedule the work to begin the next Monday. Mark arrived at the scheduled time and began work that day. He completed the first day's work in about 5 hours and told me that he would be back the next day to apply a clear coat finish. He completed the clear coat the next day in about an hour and the job was finished. He gave me instructions for allowing the surface to dry and clean and care for the future. I have moved my storage items back into the garage and the epoxy flooring is great. I would recommend Mark to anyone looking to resurface their garage.

Mark was always courteous on the phone and in person. He was prompt and flexible in determining when the work could be performed. He transformed a terribly stained and ugly garage into a thing of beauty. Quality of the work was outstanding and the price is very fair for the amount of labor that went into the prep work. My garage needed to be completely ground down which requires skill to make uniform and smooth. Couldn't be happier with the end result.

He came when he said he would come, performed the work he said he would do, and finished when he said he would. We are very pleased with the work that Mark performed. He overnighted us the color samples so we could make a choice on the floor color. The results look just like the sample! He was timely and did a great job at a great price! We highly recommend Mark Harrington.

Mark did a great job on our 2 car garage floor. He always responded quickly by phone and text and showed up at the promised times. The cost was $3/sq ft which came out to $1300 for our garage. When it was complete I asked him if he could come back to apply additional clear coat to make it a little smoother/shiner. He came back and did it the next day and just charged for the additional materials ($100). The finished result looks great and really improves the look of the garage. I'll definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an epoxy garage floor.

I would highly recommend Mark! We talked over the phone, he sent color samples, and he turned out a beautiful product! Mark charged a flat rate fee and there were no games about the cost. He followed through with dates and availability and made it all happen as we moved into our new home. Mark is great to work with!

Mark was really great. He was very responsive in our planning phase. During the work he was very informative...he helped us understand some of the likely reasons behind the irregular surface in our garage. Explained how he would adjust his approach accordingly. He was very clear on what we should, or should not do, following the application of the epoxy and sealant. I would highlyrecommend Mark to others. Use him!!

We were very pleased with the work. Mark gave a quote over the phone that was very accurate when he and his crew showed up to do the work. Since one of his crew was nearby when I called him, he was able to have him run color samples over for us to look at. Once we chose the color, the work was scheduled. Mark and crew were very prompt, very professional and left the area very clean. The total charge included $500 for the sanding of the old paint. We were given a 5 year warranty against product defect and hot tire lift. The garage floor looks fabulous!

Before starting, he outlined each step of the five day process. During execution, he stuck to the schedule. The flecks are evenly distributed, even up the concrete sides at the sloped end of the garage. The floor is quite literally perfect. I get compliments from everyone who sees it. I've referred him directly to two of my friends who are also ecstatic with their results. Don't take the risk of doing it yourself (and messing it up). Mark and I were always in contact with each other, since I let him know when I would like job done before I was going to move into my new house. I wanted it done before the movers came. He would call me when he came back from out of town and he did just that. So he did the job 1 day later then was talked about, cause he had to finish another job he started. I had no problem with that as I knew it would get done. The work on my garage floor came out better then I thought and he assured me that the flakes he put down would be plenty which was the case after I saw it. The only thing I had to do was clean up the garbage the workers left in my backyard, silver plastic bag and a 5 gallon bucket. Otherwise, I look forward to walking in my garage knowing it has a great epoxy/clear coat on it! Easy clean up.

I wasn't able to be around when he came to do the actual work but the end result far surpassed by expectations. I have spent the summer doing up the garage and the garage floor was almost the last step. Mark was wonderful, he did everything he said he would do, exactly as he said he would and at the time he promised! It is the only thing in this garage project that went right. At the end, Mark even reduced the cost from 1200 to 1170.

After reading reviews of different companies I called around to get a couple quotes. Mark was competitive with his price. I also read on his previous reviews that he is a veteran so that sealed the deal for me as I am a veteran as well. I called him, he gave me a rough estimate, the next day he dropped samples off at my house, and then I called to schedule the date for application. He was always prompt about returning phone calls and keeping in contact. Professional and punctual throughout. His guys showed up the first morning around 8 and worked until a little after noon. Mark showed up the following day to finish the clear coat and it turned out excellent. No complaints. Thanks for the great job Mark, looks great.

We got several quotes and Mark gave us the most competitive, straight forward pricing. Scheduling was easy and Mark was always responsive during the process. The guys showed up at 8:00a on Saturday and worked until around 2:00p. Mark came back on Sunday to finish and was done by noon. We're not able to park on it yet but the floors look amazing!!
