Excellent customer service from my first communication with Debbie, she is great over email, we exchanged pictures and she sent me quote for the work and scheduled the appointment. Jim showed up today to fix 2 large cracks on the top corners of my new bathtub. He was on time, friendly and did an outstanding job of repairing the cracks. I can't see them anymore, even though I know where they were! I would definitely recommend Sharp Refinishing and absolutely use them again if needed!!!

Sharp did an excellent job on my tub refinish. They arrived on time, covered my stairs since this was an upstairs bath as well as everything in the bathroom other than the tub. They came back the next day to put in a new drain cover and caulk around the tub. I couldn’t be happier with my shiny “new” tub. They also cleaned up so well that I only had to rehang the shower curtain and put a few items back. Definitely recommend Sharp Refinishing.

Jim and Debbie Sharp are awesome! Debbie is wonderful to deal with for estimates and scheduling. She is very responsive to emails, very knowledgeable and super friendly. Jim was terrific, too. We were able to schedule our refinish job approximately three weeks after the initial contact and things couldn't have gone better. Jim completed the small repairs and the refinishing in one day and then came back to do the cleanup and finish work the next. The tub was always pretty, but now it's gorgeous! I can't recommend Sharp Refinishing highly enough. Jim and Debbie provide excellent customer service and an amazing refinishing job. I've already recommended them to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Most excellent. Jim and Robert did an immaculate job stripping and refinishing (new porcelain) on the tub. They also re-caulked the tub and the shower. When they were finished, which took six hours on the first day and one hour the next day, the bathtub was pristine. Not only did the tub look excellent, but they didn't leave a shred of evidence behind that they were even here (at least no evidence other than the shiny tub). Somebody may think their fee is too high. This procedure is a bit hazardous, and very hazardous for someone who doesn't know how to refinish porcelain. Don't even think about trying this yourself. Call Sharp Refinishing and let Jim and Robert do the refinishing.

Jim and Robert were punctual, kept me abreast of projects. Cleaned up everyday before they left. So very pleased with results and there attention to detail. My poodle Gabby, loved the attention they gave her.

We were very pleased with the entire process. Their experience enabled them to make an estimate via the web after viewing photos of the tub & close ups of damaged spots. After the available options were reviewed we reserved a time on their calendar. When the day for the work to be done came they were there right on time. Precautions were taken to ensure the flooring was not damaged as they took tools & equipment in & out. They covered the walls & floor of the bath completely to protect against overspray & hooked up a vent fan to exhaust fumes to the exterior of the house. The smell was still strong, but tolerable. The basic work was complete that day; however, since we opted for the optional "Turn Key" package they came back for a short time the next day to perform those services (we thought the $95 was well worth it). The tub now looks as good as new. It has been three weeks since the job was completed so durability is yet to be determined, but so far we are very pleased.

They were organized, professional, competent and did exactly what the said they would. They arrived on time, worked quietly and efficiently. Sharp Refinishing was just the right company for our needs. Our claw foot tub, from 1909, looked beyond hope to us . Debbie Sharp was quick to respond and thorough with requesting pictures for accurate price quote. Her refinisher did a great job and it was easy to communicate with him concerning colors and progress. We even had the feet shipped directly to him. He went to great lengths to get a proper and superb finish on the tub. The work was fine very timely. I highly recommend Sharp Refinishing.

Excellent workmanship by the owner, Jim, and his assistant, Floyd. Their website, created and managed by Jim's wife, Debbie, stood out from others in the DFW metroplex area in its straightforward approach, complete with a price list that allows the client to know reliably the cost(s) and options upfront without the usual type of sales-pitch gamesmanship. Jim and Floyd took great care in laying down runners to protect the newly-installed wood stairway and new wood flooring as they brought their tools and equipment to the second floor bathroom at the rear of the house, and masked perfectly every other surface in the bathroom, including a newly-installed ceramic tile floor, before beginning spraying, as well as meticulous preparation and repair of the surfaces to be refinished. We are very satisfied and recommend this company highly to others needing bath, tile or countertop refinishing in the Dallas - Fort Worth area. A job well done with professional service. We had a 19 yr old guest bathtub that had a rusty chipped area from prior owners that we needed redone before holiday guests arrived. The Sharps were very pleasant to work with, have thorough website, provided estimates through pictures sent via email, and kept the work area well protected and ventilated. The turnkey service to replace the drain, overflow, and recaulk the tub left our bathroom shining, looks brand new, was done within 24 hours, & ready for use in 48 hours. We will happily recommend the Sharps to friends & neighbors. So glad we went this route instead of replacing the tub & tile... thank you, Sharp Refinishing!

The tub was cleaned, prepped, and refinished in January. When finished, the tub looked brand new. After a few weeks, the bottom developed some rough spots which turned out to be a air hose problem during the process. I called Debbie Sharp (One of the owners) and explained the situation to her. Jim Sharp came out and looked at the tub, and decided he would redo the refinishing job. In February, he and David came out and made the tub look and feel brand new again. Jim and Debbie are very professional and pleasant people to deal with. The tub now looks great. I would have no problem giving Sharp Refinishing a great referral for their job well done.

The initial contact with Debbie was courteous, quick and informative. We exchanged a couple of emails, one with pictures of the sink in question. She gave me a firm price and we set up a date. A couple of hours before they were to arrive, I called because i was having trouble getting the drains off of the sink. Jim gave me a couple of pointers, and I was able to get it all done shortly before he arrived. Jim and his assistant arrived on time and immediately got to work on masking off the kitchen an all surrounding surfaces that might need protection from overspray. They set up a squadron of fans to exhaust the fumes from the house and out through the garage to the outside. I was very impressed by how meticulous they were in prepping the area. Before leaving, they cleaned up all their work, leaving protective plastic over the sink so that it would not get any dust or stray airborne particles on the finish as it dried and cured. The sink looked like a brand new sink straight from the factory. Jim gave me some advice on cleaners and protectants to use on the newly re-finished sink, and he was off. A couple of weeks after the work, I discovered that we had somehow nicked the finish. Jim was here yesterday to check it out. He repaired the nick, and touched up a couple of spots where the original spraying had run slightly. Great work, friendly people and professional service from start to finish! I definitely recommend them.

We contacted Sharp Refinishing the week before Christmas regarding their services for bathtubs. Both of our children's bathrooms had been remodeled prior to us purchasing our home (with the exception of the tubs).
