Did a great, professional job.

He is excellent. He does a great job at a great price. He is on time and does what he says. He finishes early. He is a great guy. He has painted the whole house. The painting work has cost me about $3500. Another company had quoted me $10000 for the same job. He has just started his business. He is trying to get customers. So, he gave me a great price. However, he does not pay himself. He pays his crew. I don?t think he understands that he needs to pay himself first, but he is catching on. He is a really nice guy. I met him in a restaurant. He started talking about his church. He told me that he was a painter. It was a coincidence that I was looking for a painter. I was very pleased with his work. He had three other guys working for him. I like everything about him. He is punctual and his price is great. He does a great job. He is a perfectionist. He will do other things as well if you ask him to. He does extra work not quoted in his job contract. He goes above and beyond. He cleans up after he is finished everyday. There is nothing left behind. He painted the house in two days. I will use his services again in the future.

The house is half wood, half brick. A lot of wood needed replacing. We wanted "Hardi board" but they noted that Hardi board was not available in the same pattern as the existing siding, so he used the highest quality plywood. You can't tell which wood is new after the painting. They took care to line up the grooves with the existing siding. There is very little, if any, overspray. Jim had very good instincts and told us the first color we picked would look purple in the sun. We picked a different color and it looks very nice with the metal roof color. He painted our shed to match. The work was efficient and neat. The only delay was weather-related due to the freak snow storms. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
