"This is for replacing the doorbell light since it wasn't working. He spent a very long time. I noticed the 1st day he visited which was March 22 of 2023, the light was not working properly. Few days later, he came back (March 30, 2023) and was supposed to fixed it but it took him long enough to do the work. He charged me for another service even though the light wasn't fixed properly. 1st invoice was $296 and and the 2nd invoice was for $198. I paid for everything but project hasn't been completed up until today."

He tinkered with it and actually got the thing kinda working. Because it was not 100% fixed, Generator Authority left me a voice message saying they would not charge me.
