+ -1 moreJ.B. at Wilson's is a wonderful plumber and wonderful man. He is very courteous, thoughtful, and talented in plumbing skills. His employees are the same way -- no matter who answers the call for help, we know that the outcome will be good. When the broken pipe was discovered under the bathroom floor, the plumbers had to tunnel under the bedroom floor and all the way out to the back patio to completely repair it. It was an enormous undertaking, but they worked cheerfully and tirelessly to fix it.
Description of Work: Working under a contractor, so I don't remember the exact amount for the plumber. Wilson's is worth every penny of the amount, anyway! 1. General plumbing -- hooked up faucets, commodes, etc. for renovation with new fixtures. 2. Fixed huge pipe separation underground, discovered during renovation.

+ -1 moreMy sweet foster son loved playing with the laptop mouse. He relayed it to ET. Wilson Plumbing stated the day they would be out to see what was stopping up the toliet. They told me they would call at an approximate time, then come to the house and see what was wrong. Wilson plumbing did exactly what they promised they would do. They called my home at the time and on the day they promised they would call, were here within a few minutes of the phone call. He was professional, fixed the problem quickly, communicated with me what the problem was, reinstalled the toliet, provided me with specific instruction on when it would be ready to use. Left the area in my restroom neater than he found it. I would not use anyone else for my plumbing needs...Wilson plumbing rocks!

Description of Work: Wilson Plumbing fixed our leak with $84.85 (including labor and parts). The exact same leak was fixed by John More three months ago for $319.99, and leaked again. Two days ago we had a water leak, but I did not know where was the leak. We saw the water meter runing. It was not a big leak, but it was a serious leak which had to be fixed. Some water came out of our neighbor's backyard. The service person looked around our house and inside our house. He found the leak quickly. The leak was from the same place where someone from John More fixed three months ago. It was a big leak then, and we heard the noise, and we saw the running water right outside the wall. The John More service person thought the water might come under the slab, because we could also hear the noise inside the house. He cut a hole on the wall that next to the bathroom, but the leak was not there. The leak was finally located outside the house underground, right before the water pipe goes into the house. According the their price list, an underground leak should be charged $299.99 for labor, and the parts cost $20. So the total was $319.99. Two days ago, we had unknown leak, and we had Wilson Plumbing come in today. Wilson Plumbing fixed our leak with $84.85 (including labor and parts). The exact same leak was fixed by John More three month ago for $319.99, and leaked again.

+ 0 moreI used them about five years ago. Then they got very busy and we had to wait a couple of weeks. We started using another company. They did very good work, but they charge a little more.
Description of Work: Wilson Plumbing Co installed gas lines outside, did an underground repair on a leaking bath drain and installed a toilet. They have done a number of jobs over the years.

+ 3 moreHe did work on 2 occasions. The first time they came, it was a $75 service charge. He was very discreet about where he cut into the wall because he had to remove a piece of the drywall. He came again to stop a leak in my tub. It cost us $92. It was a standard fee and the parts were on the charge. They showed up at the time they said they would. They have plenty of available hours and their prices were reasonable. We will use them in the future.
Description of Work: Wilson Plumbing Co unstopped a clog in my air conditioning unit on the 10th of June.

Description of Work: Flapper replaced in toilet and garbage disposal work. After 2 visits, determinted that I needed a new disposal that would cost $200. Got another quote from an outside vendor and they determined that my disposal worked properly but needed a part.

After calling around, examining Angie's List and checking with the BBB, Wilson's appeared to be the most professional choice. They did charge for estimates so we just had them come out and fix everything. They told us on the phone that our two repairs would likely only cost one hour fee plus parts and labor. The serviceman came and fixed the sink quickly, he had to get a second faucet for the exterior and drove away. He came back quickly and fixed everything within the hour. The serviceman told me I would need to buy mortar to fix the chiseled hole around the exterior faucet.
Description of Work: Had a leaky faucet (master bathroom) and leaky exterior faucet. Serviceman came and fixed both. He chiseled out exterior brick to install new faucet outdoors. He purchased the new faucet and returned within the hour.
