It went well. Set appointment they were a bit late but called to tell me. I liked that. They did good work and left the bathroom clean.

They came when they said they would and efficiently took care of all the issues I was having with my plumbing. I was up and running (but the toilets weren't and quot;runningand quot; any more) in a couple of hours.

Wilson plumbing was absolutely top notch. Owner JB Alexshonis went above and beyond to do everything just right, including working past 8P to get our shower ready for the tile guys the next day. Definitely will use them again for our plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Outstanding service always and at a fair price. They are very professional.

They worked painstakingly trying to find out the source of water leak. they spent 45 minutes testing different valves and meters, at the end they concluded the source of leak was a busted hot water pipe but could not fix it because it is located somewhere under concrete slab. They recommended another company to detect the leak. They did not charge anything for their work.

Straight forward, on time, professional, good workmanship

$85 is a bit high just to relight the pilot light. But I guess I am paying them for their expertise.

Very professional and courteous from start to finish. At the time I had a newborn and the gentleman who came out was very kind and made sure I new everything he was doing, when he was turning on and off the water (in case I needed to make bottles) and was careful not to make a lot of noise. I was very appreciative of his courteousness! Most importantly he fixed the leak and we haven't had any issues since!

Since this occurred on New Year's Eve, I was especially glad they could get to it right away, within a day or two of my call, as I remember. They accomplished the work quickly and professionally and the heater is still working five years later--no leaks, no problems. I have used Wilson for years and always appreciated their honesty and quality of work. They are very busy because they are so highly regarded locally, and if they can't get out to make a repair they will recommend plumbers who can. I have often had to use the plumbers they recommend and they have been fine, but not as efficient or quick as Wilson.

I had another plumber install garbage disposal. He put in too short of a drain pipe and the water was not leaking out. Wilson repaired it. This is the second time we have used them to fix something another plumber messed up. I have been pleased with them. I will use them again.

They were great. I can't complain about anything. They service the older toilets in the house without suggesting I replace the whole toilet which other plumbers have said in the past.

So courteous and professional and reasonable. I had a simple problem but had waited months and even years for one of the problems-I just hate dealing with repairs. If all repairs went this smoothly and professionally I wouldn't hesitate. I read all the reviews on Angie's List and chose JB because of the high reviews. I felt confident going into the experience that all would go well and I wasn't disappointed.

I looked at the rankings on angie's list. He was the second or third one with an A grade. I actually called someone else first but they didn't get to their phone in time. They received a good grade and that's why I used them.

It was a good experience would use them again.

All of the work was completed in a professional and timely manner. We did have one part malfunction at the sink that they repaired quickly. We were very happy with their communication, workers, and ownership. We would definitely use them again.
