Anderson's Family Remodeling were very professional and very friendly. They are a small company that took it personal and treated it like it was their own home.

Not much to add. He exchanged the rotten wood frame for a new one.

Met on site with vendor where they provided me with recommendations and estimate. Provided materials deposit, and the following day they completed the work.

Bradey Anderson showed up as agreed (after a few missteps in scheduling, which turned out to not be a big problem),assessed the situation, got to work immediately, and the job was finished in less than an hour. They removed the tile that had popped up from the floor plate due to water seeping under it (grout was cracked), installed and grouted a new tile, and the job was done. This company is a family owned company with a "can do" attitude, and although we had some scheduling issues at first, I couldn't have been more pleased with the way the job turned out. I'll definitely use them again, and recommend them to others.

BEWARE - HORRIBLE!!! Worst Contractor Ever!!! DO NOT USE THEM. Bathroom 1 he gave me a verbal quote but refused to put it in writing, he just gave me excuses that his computer was down. He never showed up on time. When he did show up he brought his children and they laid on my couch, messed with my dogs, and watched my TV. He called in sick 3 times. After he finished the 1st bathroom, he took a 3 day weekend and insisted I pay him in full. After he left I found that the toilet and bathroom sink were not even installed. My husband was to tear all old bathroom vanities etc..that weekend for bathroom #2, but come to find out that the bathroom I just paid for was not done. The toilet was not installed and the vanity was not installed therefore we had to use the master bathroom all weekend and was not able to tear it down. He also charged me $500 dollars on the 2nd bathroom for tear-down. He painted and textured, and trimmed the whole bathroom except behind the new vanity, so there are holes for mice to come in and when you open the cabinet you can see the ugly unfinished wall. He did not install the mirror or finish touch up on painting till he was done with the 2nd bathroom. I also asked for all new plumbing to be installed from the wall out but that was not done. Now when you open the cabinets you can see all old nasty plumbing. He did not seal the grout nor did he secure the counter top to the vanity. Every time I turn on shower the toilet starts bubbling up water. That is not good!!! On Bathroom 2 he basically told me he would do a complete shower with a seat. I showed him a picture I saw from Lowes, but he put box seat in that was half the size of the shower. He built outside walls on the shower so the shower door i picked out would not fit. Finally, I told him to rip it all out and start over because it was not what I asked for. Both new vanities were chopped up so bad while he tryedi to fit the plumbing during the install. When he got ready to leave upon his completeion of 2nd bathroom, he proceed to tell me that my husband would need to complete the installation of the new vanity and toilet. He cut the tile in my bathroom, so all the dust went all over my bedroom furniture and bedding. He tracked in mud and did not clean up at all. When he asked for his check, I told him I would mail it after I looked everything over and came up with a punchlist. He went outside and told my husband i didn't pay him, so my husband paid him for half the job behind my back. Gave him a punclist but he LIED and said he did everything I asked, but when I got home i found all he did was glue my vanity to the wall so I would not see that he didn't fix wall or holes in floor behind it. Very Shady! I did not feel comfortable buying all of his material to do the job, because there was no cocern about buying too much of something since it was on my dollar. His reason for me buying all material for job was that he got ripped off before. All I can say is BEWARE! He was very unprofessional, and frankly he lies and does sloppy work.

Anderson's is a family business which was refreshing and made it nice to work with the husband/wife team. We live in Austin and are slowly remodeling a country house in Brenham. Due to distance we were not able to meet the Anderson's in person so we send my father from Houston to meet the Anderson's. Everything was coordinated from out of town so it took a little longer get it started but as soon as the work started it didn't take long. We were a little anxious since we didn't get to see the work until it was completed and were both relieved and satisfied with the quality. The service was completed timely and they were willing to haul away a few items we had removed from the house ourselves. We plan to use Anderson's for our next project!

I did have to prod them a few times to get my estimate, which is why I gave them a B in Responsiveness and Professionalism, but once I got it and signed it, they were on site the next day. All work was completed in a timely manner. We have cats and the crew was very careful to make sure that they did not get loose during the job. We felt very comfortable with the crew and had no problems leaving them alone at the house to do the work. I was told they would be done by Friday evening and they were finished Friday afternoon. They even helped us by carting away some other trash we had in our back yard.

I haven't personally seen the windows yet, but the tenants said they look great. I did everything by telephone with them. They sent me a quote and I said OK to it. I ordered the windows and when the windows came in, they went to pick them up and install them. After the installation was done, I sent them a check of $700 for installation only.

The guys were very professional yet family friendly at the same time. We felt comfortable leaving while they were working. When I got home the construction was still going as it should. The completion was done within the time they estimated. Great JOB, Great RESULTS! I liked getting the bid for labor and then shopping with them to select all the materials needed. They have good taste and helped me to stay within my budget.

Their estimate was complete, not the cheapest, but it was the most effective and exactyl what we asked for.

I called and talked to them about what work I needed done. She told me approximately how much they would charge and made an appointment to do the work. He came by before lunch on the appointment day and took a look at the job. After getting some supplies he showed back up that afternoon and even stayed a little late on a Friday to make sure the job was finished. He re-centered the pre-framed door, balanced it (not terribly easy in an unlevel old house), secured it, put some nice exterior trim on for me and caulked it in. He was up-front about what his materials cost him and I was home and know how long it took him to do the job. I definitely got my money's worth and he did a good job.
