Overall, the job was excellent. He was perfect. He was very thorough and very friendly. I remember saying that he was very reasonable. He followed up on everything. We had lots of cat stains and lots of dog stains. He took care of it all. He was instructional and helpful. He re-cleaned things. We would use him again in the future.

Overall it went unexpediately smooth. He went up in the attic looking for the leak, found it outside in the box of the waterless heater. Made recommendations to fix the problem; was there with the plumber and explained to him what had to be done. Came back and wrapped the plumbing so it would not freeze again. Left fan running to dry wet carpet and the walls. Exceedingly helpful and considerate. I recommend him 100% and would never use anyone else.

The service was very good. Professional. His helper was very kind and considerate and had been trained well. The carpet cleaning was fast and efficient and thorough. Mr. Boller gave an estimate that was higher in price than most, but I would use him again because of his knowledge. He also cleaned my oriental rugs a few years ago and did an excellent job. Cleaned well, replaced exactly in the correct spots. He recommended a better pad for under the oriental rugs, which I purchased. He was right! They don't "move around the floor" as they did before. It is very obvious that he knows what he is doing.

Came and diagnosed what needed to be done, returned on scheduled date, and did as promised. Blow fans (3) were left overnight to dry carpets, and picked up as promised.

Prompt quote and work was completed the next week. Amazing job on both carpet and tile (cleaned and sealed). Great attention to detail: plastic squares placed under furniture legs, outdoor carpet square for garage entry was also cleaned, no charge. Recommended carpet cleaner was left and a recommendation for a good vacuum was also given. He also told me that part of our hallway carpet was too loose and needed to be stretched & re-tacked. We definitely felt like he took care of our floors.

Dog had urinated on the rug and I was concerned that it would cause discoloration. Mark and one of his employees came and picked it up and took it back to their shop to clean it. He found it helpful to have the tag from the carpet that gave the fiber content although he could tell by feel that it was wool. Since there was silk listed, he mentioned that he couldn't guarantee the silk would be color fast. There was only a small amount of cream colored silk as an accent in some of the leaf/flower pattern. No bleeding or fading occurred in any areas of the rug. I've used Boller's Carpet cleaning in the past on my carpeting and found Mark to be very knowledgeable about carpets and cleaning. He has always done a great job on my carpets so I trusted him with my oriental rug.

I am very pleased. The carpet looks almost new now. He is clearly knowledgable and is willing to share information on the carpet and what needs to be done to care for it. He and his crew were polite, moved furniture carefully and cleaned thoroughly, leaving powerful fans to dry the carpet overnight. The result was excellent. I had this work done with a special 25% discount for new customers. The carpet stretching was $250 of the final bill of $ 670. I have used cheaper cleaners elsewhere but he is by far the most professional of the people I have used to clean my carpets. I highly recommend him.
