I have 3 labs and several weeks ago....two of my labs apparently was not feeling well so yes they both left very nice surprises on my carpet several times! I have used Boller's Carpet cleaner before and I knew if anyone could get my carpet cleaned....it would be Mark Boller and his crew! Let me just say....my carpet looks AWESOME!!!!!! They left the fans here at my house so the carpet would be dry and I appreciated that. I will always use the Boller's company to clean my carpet in the future...they are the best!!!!

Mr. Boller showed up exactly on time he cleaned the room and the hall, used deodorizer and gave instructions on when to remove fans. He even helped me move my couch outside.

Which I called Boller's Carpet Cleaning, Mr. Boller answered right away and listened to an overview of what I needed done and made an appointment to meet me the next day to look things over and give an estimate for cleaning of area rugs and interior carpets, the exceptional service on timed thorough out the whole process and work was great.

They started on time & went to work right away. Didn’t stop unit finished & walker out the door. Wet fans & picked them up next morning on my porch.

Absolute professionals. Mr. Boller came out and gave us an estimate after carefully listening to our needs and the state of our carpet. He is extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained what they would do and what we could expect for results. The gentlemen that did the work were just wonderful. They worked diligently and quickly.

Came out and assessed the property and gave a quote, and we agreed to have the work performed by Boller's. I wasn't present at the time of the cleaning, but the condo was accessed and secured in a satisfactory manner, and the carpet cleaning was done to our satisfaction. It was a very busy time just before the students would be returning for move-in, but our property was worked in to their schedule and the work got done. We very much appreciated their willingness to work with us, as other carpet cleaning services I spoke to were not able to do.

Just as I was told. They arrived early, which was great for me, since I left and was not available for the cleaning due to a prior commitment. I did not have a problem leaving my home and they locked up as I instructed. The next day, they came back and removed all the fans and lifts from under the furniture. I have never had a cleaning company remove the lifts. Everything was in the correct place. You would have never known they were in the house. It did not smell of strong chemicals. You get what you pay for certainly applies here.

Mr. Boller went above and beyond in making sure the carpets and upholstery were very clean; almost like new. He also took two large area rugs to his shop to be cleaned as they were wool and needed special cleaning. They had dog urine stains on them and gunpowder. There aren't enough words to express the help Mr. Boller provided to my husband and myself. We walked into such a mess and he made the process for cleaning the carpets and upholstery very doable. I feel his prices are fair and he provided excellent service and advice. I would and do recommend Mr. Boller and his company to my friends and family plus anyone in need of honest, reliable, efficient carpet and upholstery cleaning.
