Outstanding quality; friendly and professional. The tile and carpet look like new. Mr. Boller goes the extra mile; giving very detailed advice and instruction on cleaning and maintenance. He is a wealth of helpful information. This is the best service that I have received and I have lived in three states over the last 10 years.

Great! As the owner told me they may not be the cheapest in town but they do the best work. We will definitely be using this family owned and run business again in the future.

He was excellent. He did such great work and on each one of the work, he was excellent. He even showed the lady how to clean it. He just did an excellent job. He is cleaning two rugs for me now. The price was reasonable. I found him on Angie?s Lists and he has high reviews, he had excellent reviews. I think he has 30 out of 35 and the others have five. Two of the people that worked for him got a spot on one of my hand made cloak so I called him about it and he was there within two hours and cleaned it for free. He took care of it immediately. I'll have him back again.

They were very good. Carpet had not been cleaned in few years. They worked and cleaned it so it looks almost new. When they were completed the next day some of the stains came back. We told them and they came back out to the house and worked on them for another 3 hours and made it look new. I would use them over any carpet cleaning company and will use them every year to 18 months.

First of all, I would like to say that my husband and I bought a foreclosure house that sat empty for 3 years. I also believe the former owners did not take care of the house at all. There were awful.....I mean AWFUL, nasty stains in couple of the bedrooms which totally grossed me out. I wanted to get rid of the carpet but the Boller's felt that he could clean the carpet and get the job done. I kinda had my doubts but boy....talk about a surprise!! The carpet looks AMAZING!!!!!!! I was very happy and impressed with his work! Mr. Boller did say that there were couple spots that was very very hard to get rid of but to me....you kind of have to look for it!!! Let me tell you.....if you want a really GOOD quality...heavy duty carpet cleaning....this is the company to go with! Might be little pricey but it was well worth every penny spent!!!! I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future!! I also want to shout out a HUGE "Thank you" for alerting my husband when we had a water leak in the closet ceiling. He was kind enough to put blower fans to dry out the ceiling and I simply cannot thank you enough for doing that for us! God Bless you!!

As stated in other reviews - Boller's is not the cheapest in town, however, I doubt that there is another carpet cleaning service that is as professional about the work that they perform. I did opt for their highest level package that offers carpet protection and the moving of my furniture. The cost could have been lower, but I chose a higher level of service. The moment they arrived the clouds opened up into a horrible down pore. They gave me an option to postpone, but I did not have the time to wait. This rain storm lasted almost through the entire cleaning service, and they performed as the professionals that they are. They were very careful about not bringing the outside mess into my home. I was very impressed. As for the service itself - I could not have been happier. They did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets, and removed several tough stains. My very light colored carpets looked like new. They provided me with the fans for the remainder of the day and night and promptly picked them up the next morning off my porch.They also provided me with a cleaning solution for the next time that I get something on my carpet. I was very pleased, and will call them again the next time that I need my carpet cleaned.

Service was excellent! They were able to fit us in their schedule promptly and arrived right on time. They did an amzing job of getting all the stains out of the carpet and returned it to brand-new appearance!

My experience with them has been great. In fact, they have my rug now, and I have used them before. I am very pleased with them. I chose to go back to them because they did a good job. I felt the price is reasonable. You get what you pay for. So even if it is a little more expensive, I would rather pay a little bit more and get good quality service.

A team of two giuys came on time. They were very professional, yet easy to talk to. They got right to work and didn't mind the craziness of my two toddlers running around. I was really impressed with how clean they got my carpet because that large bedroom is actually used as a playroom and the kids had spilled all kinds of foods and drinks in there. The carpet looked almost new when they were done! Since the carpet was still wet when they were done, they left me two fans, which they picked up from my doorstep the following morning. The whole process was easy and stress-free.

They do good work. Mark did extra work to repair some poor workmanship from when the carpet was originally installed. I recommend them.

Mr. Boller is very proud of his work. He was very candid with me about his pricing, but the quality of his work is proportional to his pricing. They were in and out in less than an hour. They use a truck mounted system. The price is high, but quality is equally as high.

As always, (I use them exclusively), they did a wonderful job! There were numerous pet stains that had accumulated over the last 6+ months. The carpets always look like new when they're finished and smell a heck of a lot better! They came back the next day to pick up their fans and re-checked their work to make sure none of the stains had come back. Had they come back, they would have fixed them on the spot. They're a little pricey compared to some but well worth it as they are the best I've ever had in the 10 yrs. I've lived in this area. I call them in at least twice a year because we have a lot of animals in the house and because we want the best when it comes to carpet cleaning.

They're very good. They came when they said they're going to come. They did what they said they're going to do. They finished when they said they're going to finish. Their price was reasonable.

The carpet looks great and they were able to removed the plant stains. It did require them coming back the next day to treat these stains again, but there was not extra charge for that. We bought the package that gives us a yearly guarantee, so if we get new stains they will come back and clean these at not extra charge. We have a puppy and felt this was a good investment.

Mr Boller and his assistant were personable yet professional... prompt, thorough, focused on work, with no time consuming chit-chat. Arrived exactly on time, were attentive to cleaning and spent extra time on problem areas. There was no water on my floors and the cleaning hose was under control at all times. Besides looking clean, when the job was complete, there was no unpleasant chemical odor or residue, and no saturated upholstery. Within 3 hours eveything was ready for use again.

Mr. Boller's team arrived on time, vaccumed, moved some furniture and started cleaning. Mr. Boller arrived a little later to make sure the job was done properly. We visited until the cleaning was completed and he made sure I was satisfied. Great experience and I will certainly call Boller's again.

They were okay. Their pricing was competitive. They were there when they said they would.

Arrived as scheduled and got right to work. They explained to me what they were doing but did not waste a lot of time talking. Finishdd the work rather quickly but I was amazed at the difference the treatment made. The carpet remained soft and there was no obvious soap left on the carpet.

I would rate them highly. I would definitely use them again in the future.

mark came in and did a wonderful job. Our carpets were in need of there anuall cleaning so we used Bollers this time. He came in and was very knowledgable. Explained the process and does and donts with carpet. He was very friendly and visited with our dogs to get them calm while he worked.
