Description of Work: Air Conditioning check ups and issue with the upstairs unit. They serviced all the units. Then told us there was a pressure switch flip on the one not working. Once switched it all worked again. No problem since. They did mention the possibility of a freon leak. We said we thought this fixed the problem. We would call if we had further issues. This did fix the issue and all three work well.

Description of Work: $75 per a/c unit to do 2 maintenance checks per year . The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to come up with ideas to keep past problems from recurring.

Description of Work: I called to have our AC looked at before the hot summer months. Glad I did. Barker inspected, serviced and cleaned A/C, checked fan and fan assembly, checked air flow within A/C, cleaned filters, replaced parts- start kit and contactor. Unit is 12 years old and this is first time such parts needed to be replaced. The repairman was Jack. Jack showed me the parts that needed to be replaced and explained why. Both were damaged - scorched or leaking some fluids - indicating minimal service life left. Jack priced the items and told me the cost and got my approval before replacing. Work was done quickly, expertly and area was clean when he left. I would call Barker again. Very good service, professionally done.
