ANCHOR FOUNDATION REPAIR

Description of Work: Did an excellent job. Showed up when he said they would. Did an awesome clean-up. Would use them again.

Description of Work: Upgrading drainage and clearing soil under and around house to resolve foundation problem. Preparing for repair when soil is dried out.

Description of Work: I asked Craig to come to our home to check on the foundation because we wanted to make some changes to the exterior and we didn't want to make those changes unless the foundation was capable of handling the possible weight that might be added. Craig came to our appointment on time and ready to do the evaluation. He checked for level in every room, checked for cracks and door movement on every door. He also evaluated the foundation for cracks from the outside and recommended that we not make any changes to the foundation until we have problems. He was extremely professional, kind and courteous. I would highly recommend him and would certainly use him in the future.

Description of Work: I only received an estimate, they have actually come out twice over a year apart at no cost. So I can only respond to the fact that they were professional and the price they quoted seemed reasonable in respect to the inspection and quote process. I don't recall the date they came out, it has been awhile.

Description of Work: Installed 10 piers. I was unhappy with the white grout on my fireplace which was so light, it looked like a white streak and was very obvious from the street. I called Mr. Trigg and he promised he would fix it and sent men out at least 4 times before it was properly fixed. I admit I waited several months before I reported the problem to Mr. Trigg and it was because I could no longer ignore the sight. It looks fine now. Some of he holes they dug for the piers were not properly filled in and became sink holes. I ended up with a lot of sand in my flower beds that became concrete when it did not rain. Also, I thought they could have done a neater job with the concrete they poured on my front porch in two places.
