+ 0 moreThe irrigation system works great and uses both broadcast sprinklers as well as drip lines to distribute water to all of our lawn and gardens without wasting water on areas that are not living. The company was super quick to come out to fix a line that was accidentally left uncapped at installation and did so without charge. The company fixed the length of drip line in a garden free of charge when the landscaping company that hired them misinterpreted our plans and made the garden longer than we asked for. The workers were super polite and were great to talk to over the phone - very accommodating and wanted to please. Never anything said or done that lacked professionalism. Only complaint is that they left us with no schematic for our property so when we were installing a garden border, we hit a line and caused a leak. The company was super quick to come out the next day to fix the problem.
Description of Work: Installed whole new irrigation system in backyard.

+ -1 moreIt cost $85 for them to come and diagnose the problem and review the rest of the system. It cost $240 to wire nut attach a 30' length of cable at both ends and put the wire under the mulch. For me, the price far exceeds the value.
Description of Work: Reviewed the system, diagnosed an electrical problem, attached via wire nuts a 30' length of wire and put it under the mulch.

Description of Work: Tony was very perfessional. He was very informative an thourogh in his estimate. The work was outlined and explained what was needed and then what the cost and process would be. The job was start and finished when promised. The only problem that occured on the job was addressed and handled in a timely manner and corrected very professionally. I would recomend Tony and his company strongly and I will continue to use him in the future.

+ -1 moreThe technicians were prompt and friendly. I gave them the rundown of the situation (that I suspected a leak due to a high water bill) and they went straight to work. Within an hour, they had located the probable location of the leak and as they continued their walk through of the system, identified a couple zones that weren't working. They identified a couple of faulty valves and two more leaks. They also found a sprinkler head that was completely missing. It took them about 3-4 hours for the entire job, but they were very thorough and professional. I am very impressed with this company. Previously I had 2 A+ rated irrigation companies come out who failed to identify any problems, and who proved to be unreliable despite their A rating. H3O is top notch and I will continue to use them in the future!
Description of Work: They diagnosed and repaired multiple leaks and a couple faulty valves, and also replaced a sprinkler head and a rotor.

They worked quickly and efficiently. We were kept apprised of exactly what work need to be done. We would definitely recommend them for all pool services.

I have had negative experiences with previous companies and I am very happy with H3O Water Systems. Their work is reasonable for the cost and I was very happy with what they did. They are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. I will be recommended their services to the new homeowners who have just purchased my home. I will also be hiring them to install a new sprinkler system into my new home once it is completed. I believe the owner, Tony, and his crew are really on top of their game.
Description of Work: I hired them to come out for a Spring tune-up. They also also installed six new larger sprinkler heads so they were hidden properly with the new landscaping.

+ -1 moreWhat could have been a nightmare, turned into a wonderful experience. H3O had at least 4 men on the job every day, and some days, as many as 6 men on the job. They took great pride in their work, and kept us informed every step of the way. They started on a Monday, and the pool was finished Saturday afternoon at 5 pm. The re-plastering and the addition of steps required artisan skills, and these men were true artists. The steps are all rounded with Talavera tiles sprinkled in. They are beautiful!! Lastly, Mike spent about 2-3 hours with us to help teach up how to easily & effectively maintain our new system. We could not have been happier with Mike Aguilar and H3O. I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs repair, re-plastering, or re-designing an older pool!!
Description of Work: We got several bids to find a leak, repair the leak, re-plaster & re-furbish our very old swimming pool. H3O was the most professional in the bidding process and the most knowledgable, and we liked them from the very first time we met. Mike Aguilar was wonderful to work with, and his crew was amazing. They did leak detection, cleaned out the pool, stopped up the drain (which was leaking), repaired some bad cracks with roots growing out of them on side of pool. They also totally re-plumbed the pool system, adding a new Polaris, and added 3 beautiful steps, all for a total bill of $13,000. This may sound like a lot, but compared to the other bids we got, it was moderate, and their work was exceptional. They did much more than they bid on by totally pouring a new slab for our pump and moving it to a better place just because they warranted the work for 2 years, and did not want to have to come back out. (Note: no one warranted for more than 2 years for repair of older pool, and some just for 1 year.)

+ -1 moreI would say that the overall experience was great! There were 2 consequently leaks that occurred. One was a day or two after the final installation, and the other was about a week or so after final installation. Both times, I called right away and a crew was at the house in about one hour to one hour and a half; both repairs were fixed in a timely manner. I guess we were just unlucky. Our grass has never looked better!
Description of Work: Complete installation of irrigation system in front and backyard which included: > Digging trench lines for placement of water lines. > Removing large rocks and any debris in order to run water lines. > Installing numerous sprinkler heads of varying types. > Installing control panel in garage, including setup times and a quick hands on training.> Testing of each zone (4 total) including any adjustments. > Installation of back flow valves and coordination of city inspection.
