Alamo Discount Solar Shades performed a free in home consultation. They measured all of the windows and discussed the options available to me. They are easy to talk to, friendly, and professional. They offered a great discount, and I was able to get everything I wanted. Alamo Solar provided the estimate Monday evening and one week later all the screens were installed. I received another estimate to have solar screens installed from another A rated Angie's List company and their price was 80% more expensive than Alamo Solar's price!! Yes - nearly twice as much, and it did not include everything Alamo Discount Solar provided!!!! Save yourself time and call Alamo Discount Solar first!! Andrel and Lupe are fantastic!

They performed a free in home consultation and where they measured all of the screens and discussed all of the options I would have. They were extremely friendly and professional and very easy to talk to. They gave me a great discount and I was able to stay within my budget and get everything I wanted. I only had to wait about a week for the screens to be built and they immediately scheduled a time to come and install. The installation was done in less than an hour for my entire home! I am so glad they recommended getting the sashes installed on the screens because they look amazing. Thank you so much! I will continue to recommend their company.

Super friendly staff. I called and made appointment for an estimate. They explained exactly what they would do and how they would do it. Had them installed within a weeks time. Noticed a decrease in my electric bill the first month. House looks amazing!!

My experience with Alamo Discount Solar Shades was stellar, from the moment I spoke with Donna, in their office, all the way through to the installation of the product. I requested an estimate for both solar screens and remote controlled solar shades. They schedule their estimates for when they are working in your area, and Donna called me to set an appointment when they were coming this way. Lupe and Andre (company owners) arrived as promised and spent all the time necessary to explain their products and services and to answer my many questions. They sent me a quote the next day and I thought their prices were VERY competitive. Once I placed my order, Donna gave me a time frame for when the screens would be ready and then she called to schedule installation. Lupe and Andre returned to complete the installation. The screens are well made and attractive and look great on my windows!

On time very professional knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We walked around the house with them and agreed with the very reasonable estimate we could not afford to pay all right now so they recommend putting screens on the west side of the house at this time.
