Mike was able to fix my washer in a timely manner and knew exactly what was wrong with it. He had the part readily available and was finished with the job within 30 mi . The washer is working like a champ! Very satisfied with his work.

The problem was not fixed even though I paid him.

Came out to repair an oven. They said the part needed to be ordered. Charged us $100 fee and never came back.

Mike provided excellent service for my washing machine repair, same day, service completed in one service appointment. He requested the model # for my appliance during our initial call, which I was able to provide. After the initial triage of the drainage problem Mike quickly identified a damaged pump. He brought the part with him in case replacement was needed (model # provided over phone) and was able to begin replacement immediately! Mike was friendly, professional and took the time to explain the problem, solution and offered helpful advice on how to purchase a surge protector to safeguard against power outages/surges.

Came after hours to fit into my schedule without extra charge. It did take a couple of attempts because of him placing my job at the end of his day and, as we all know, sometimes some jobs take longer than others.

Worst customer service over price will not return messages and will not answer phone if he see your number first time said he would call back but has not yet. Will not recommend this company nor Angi to anyone.

He was late, (by 3 hours)rude to my family. Told me what part I needed to fix my refrigerator. Claimed he fixed it, the refrigerator still didnt get cold. Tried calling him, leaving voice-mail message and text messages and still have not heard back from him.

They came over to repair our fridge, which was making a lot of noise. The repairman knew exactly what the issue was by the sound. It came back that night so we called again. He came back out and corrected the issue.

The owner (Mike) came to repair the microwave oven, said that he needed to order parts, charged $55, never showed up nor answered our many calls! Be aware! I am surprised that he has four reviews with 4 and 5 stars. I believe they might be family and friends.

Did exactly what I wanted for a fair price in the time frame they said they could get it done in.
