All State Appliances Repairs

I had good experiences with their service in the pass , so I keep going with them every time I need a repair appliance or buy something from them, this last time I bought a washer from them I notice some of the cycles are not working they came and fix it but still not working good .they say was under wranty for 6 months but I never got anything for proof .and now my washer is not working properly.

we thought the company representatives were very friendly and easy to work with and very fast and effective. They were able to solve a problem and it took several trips for them, but no extra cost. They Promised service on the dryer for one year along with the warranty and we just called for a requested repair and we expect the same excellent service.

I do not remember the techs name but in February 8, 2024, I called to find out if they can replace an oven door glass for my mother. He said that he can but would need to see it. He came by and took the oven door off, took it with him so he can replace it. I reached out to him on 2/16 and he told me that he is getting some more doors in the following Tuesday and he would let me know. After many attempts, still no door. I asked him just to return the broken door and he never did. It is now April 2024, he still has my mother oven door with no resolution.

Paid to repair stove and it is still not working correctly. They came back once to check it and I was told everything was now working. It is not. I would like my money back or repaired properly.

I had an issue with my dryer and reached out to Mike. He was on Time, very fair assessment of the issue and price. No upsell and offered several options. I ended up purchasing a washer/dryer from him. I am very happy with the overall experience, and I recommend him for any appliance repairs and services.

Was very pleased with the repair and service. Technician actually came out a day early due to opening in schedule. Would highly recommend All State Appliance and Repair!

Miguel was excellent!! He was prompt and was able to zero in on the cause of the problem with our dryer. He had the proper parts the next day and was able to fix my dryer in a timely manner. My only regret is that I didn’t call him first! I had been waiting for a Whirlpool person for two weeks and without parts!!! Miguel offered excellent customer service!

I only gave 4 stars for the value because the work was completed only two days ago. I will need to see how well it holds up. So far, so good!

I was never given a printed estimate. The tech showed me an estimate on his phone and said it would be sent to me. Never done. They had to take the oven into the shop. I asked for a receipt to show that they had it in case of any question. They said they would send one. Never done. I called twice to ask about the estimate and the receipt. No answer either time but I left a detailed message. Calls never returned. Very poor customer service. The repair was done but I was left in the dark about anything else.

They came to the house to diagnose the problem. $75 fee paid. Required cash or check. I paid. Said they would work up estimate and get back with me. Been over a week and still no response.

Miguel provided exceptional services and demonstrated great attention to detail. I wholeheartedly recommend both him and the company without hesitation.

Mike is a terrific and patient repairman. He continues to work on a leak discovered after he installed a new ice maker.

This company contacted me by phone within an hour after I submitted a request for service. A repair man came as scheduled, diagnosed the problem with my clothes dryer, bid a fair price for repair, and returned the same day with the appliance part to repair the dryer. The repairman was courteous, and knowledgable . I would recommend this company to friends and will call on them again when I need repairs.

I did call and in 2 hours check my range hood vent diagnose the problem and the next day brought the new one and install it very professional and know what he was doing,
