He showed up on time to the project. He did a great job answered all our questions. He was very professional and I would definitely recommend them. Also if we ever have another issue they will be the first ones I call.

I made an appointment with All State Appliances two days after they took my call. Surprised! Mike called ahead and gave me a heads up he was inbound as promised. He was very professional and straight forward with his estimate and plan to fix the wine cooler. Took care of the coolant issue in very short order and it is working fine. He even gave me a military discount. I will hire again.

The appliance repair service person was right on time. Called me about 15 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on the way. He was very knowledgeable about my refrigerator. He knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He had to order parts and return the next day. Again, he called ahead of time and arrived as scheduled. He was very courteous and fixed my refrigerator without a problem. Excellent service, I will not hesitate to use them again.

This guy came out to my home. Took serial numbers of both stand alone ice maker (brand new) and washer. Said he would call back following day with cost of parts. Never called. I had his cell number- called and left messages and he never called back up to 10 days later. Home Advisor reached out to him as well. No reply. There went my $60 service call down the drain!

Quick response, on time, reasonable cost and fixed the oven without trying to sell us a new one. As a Real Estate Agent, I will be using this young man in the future, and highly recommend him.

Had been expecting a call to inform me of the name of the technician. did not get a call and the arrival time which had been given me my Home Advisors was incorrect. Technician came earlier than expected and I was not ready for him. However, he did a good job and was very cordial.

Mike called me right away to schedule a time to come by the very next day. The next day he called and told me he was in his way. He had to order a part for my washer, but was able to come by the next day and fixed my washer! I am very happy with service, professionalism, and character. Thank you.

Had an ice maker go out on our Samsung refrigerator. They came out to look and didn't have the part but; another employee had one across town. They went out of way to meet to get the part and was back to install within a few hours. Quick repair and very courteous.

I was formally a contractor not able to do the work. I called hole seller found out the part was $27 dollars. Based on the part number tech given me. I was charged $143.00 dollars for a $27 dollar part felt over charged. Believe rates excessive for 30 minutes worth of work. The technician Mike was very professional and seemed to do a good job.

I had a pleasant experience with the technician, Mike. He phoned me in the morning having received my appointment request from the previous evening. I asked if I could move my appointment up one day and he tried to squeeze me in and provided me with a window of time in which he would be at my home. He phoned me within 30 minutes of coming to my home. I appreciate that he went above and beyond to squeeze me in on a day in which I was home. He fixed the problem in an expedient manner and I inquired about replacing a part and he returned the next day to install a new bellow. He gave me clear instructions on how to keep the bellow clean. I would highly recommend this technician as he left me with a great experience and I am satisfied with his workmanship and his customer service.

Very professional and fast at replacing pump on my Samsung washer. He had the pump on his truck, so was able to replace the pump without having to wait for another visit. Will definitely call All State again for appliance repair.
