Found the problem right away, and was able to get my refrigerator repaired right away at a reasonable cost.

They were late and I didn't receive a call from the tech to provide when they'd be here.

PRICING WAS VARIABLE AND NOT BROKEN DOWN BY LABOR/PARTS/DIAGNOSTICS/ ETC...

Refrigerator stopped cooling. I thought it was the compressor. Mike came right out, it wasn't the compressor but he had the part I needed on his vehicle. Kind, courteous prompt service. Very pleased.

They didn't fix my appliance but said it need compressor,$800to fix. I called another company they fix it and said compressor was working fine.

My ice maker went out . They were ready with the part. Very thorough & very courteous

They were really fast and flexible with the schedule.

had our washing machine brwak down prior to a trip. mike and mario made a special late night visit to pick it up. they fixed it while we are out and had it back in time for return and a pile of dirty clothes. thanks guys!!

The technician was a very nice young man who knew his stuff and did the job correctly and efficiently. Would definitely have more work done in the future.

They are really great people. I had 500 dollars in Thanksgiving food in my fridge and it went out. I only had a thousand dollars in my pocket. They found a fridge for a thousand dollars and came out that night and installed it. They employees even stayed and helped me transfer the food from the old fridge to the new fridge.

charged$40 to come out. want to charge $ 389 for a $100 part. And a job that would only take 10min . I only paid $400 for the dryer . wanted to sell my wife a used one for $298 .
