We have referred them already to the others. They’re quick but they’re good. They are really professional and very friendly. They’ve done an excellent job because we haven’t had any insects. We’ve tried other companies before and they’ve never fixed the problem and so we used Research Pest Control Inc. We’re going to be calling them again very soon. We will use their services again in the future.

All went wonderfully ! I was having my worst year ever with fire ants even trying to enter the house looking for moisture because of the dry summer we've had. And after our service we haven't seen a Ant anywhere!

They call to remind me it is time, they are prompt, professional, in and out of here in a very short time. Occasionally I find a little unwelcome creature between treatments and if I call they come out and treat at no extra charge.

Found Research Pest Control on Angie's list. We have been getting some of those large roaches and now their babies in the house. I tried Ortho Home Defense myself, but that did not help my situation very much. I made the appointment for 2:00pm and the service person, "Rob" showed up 10 minutes early. He was very personable and took time to explain the process and the chemicals used. I also old him about me using the Ortho product and he look at the ingredients and explained why it would not work as well as the professional products they used. He sprayed in every room, then went outside and treated around the entire outside foundation. I also liked that he did not try nor mention a contract to come back quarterly or any other frequency. I will used them again in the future and will recommend them to others.

They are the best pest control company in the area. They are absolutely the best priced. They are always on time and usually earlier to our appointments.

They knew what they are doing. They were not the first pest control company I called out. They focused on the colony and took care of it. I had two other pest control companies that didn't do a thing to resolve the problem. They did not sit there and try to sell me a contract whereas the other two companies were more interested in trying to get me to do a maintenance contract rather than solve the problem. I was shocked with the price because it was much better than the other companies. The other companies charged me way over $100. They are the only people I will call in the future.

The service was great. They did what they were supposed to do. I have a contract with them for pest control. They did an absolutely perfect job on getting the squirrels and raccoons.

We have used them for a long time. They are willing to work around my schedule and they listen to what my issues are and try to take care of them. If I continue to have problems with pests or whatever, they will come back and spray in the interim between their quarterly sprays. I would continue to use them in the future.

Came on time and did a thorough, professional job. I used their services all last summer and was so happy with the results that I called them again as soon as the mosquitoes got out of control this spring. Though they warned me that heavy steady rains could wash the poison away, I never had a problem with it (it doesn't rain often here). Anyway, they give a 30-day guarantee: they'll re-spray within 30 days free of charge if you feel like you need it (e.g. rain has washed the poisons out). The entire summer does require three periodic mosquito poison applications just because the stuff becomes less potent over time (I pay in full for each monthly visit). I'd even called them once last summer to ask them to check for termites because my friend insisted that he saw termite burrows by my house, but the Research Pest Control exterminator checked it out and told me they are harmless bugs burrowing in my yard. No charge for that visit. I always feel like the exterminators know their stuff (I've only met three of them so far).

They are very thorough. If I find something that they didn't see, they will come back at no charge. I have been using him for about five years.

They're acceptable. For a pest control company, I think they probably do pretty well. They're punctual, and generally arrive close to the time given. They're reasonably friendly. They come and go pretty quickly.

They have provided excellent, responsive service for the last 30 years. They have trustworthy employees and any consumer can feel safe that they are going to be responsive to the users needs. Their prices are less than other pest control companies in the Austin area. They are just an excellent company to use. I will continue to use them in the future.

The technician, Bobby Miller, was prompt. He asked questions to determine what treatment was needed, and made suggestions. He sprayed the entire house inside - baseboards, cabinets, pantry, outside door and window frames - and the garage, and put granules around the outside perimeter of the house. He advised me to keep any tree branches or bushes at least three inches from the windows to prevent ants and other pests from gaining access. I just had the one treatment, but will probably have them come out quarterly starting next year. The price was very reasonable and I think they do a thorough job.

He sprayed around baseboards, windows, under sinks, outside, and places I particularly asked for. I was the one who asked about different services they offered. Gary suggested I see how long this treatment lasts and plan from there.

They are good and I'm very happy with their services. I have a 100 plus trees on my property. If I spy any kind of bug around the house that shouldn't be there, I call them and they come and clear it, and they don't charge me anything extra.

I have been using them for around 19 years. They treated inside, and outside my house for spiders, scorpions, and other bugs. They come over 4 times a year. They are pretty responsive, and let me know when they are going to come, and they also prompt. They are professional and friendly as well. I m pleased with their service.

I've been using them for about a year now. Their service is very professional and friendly, no hard selling or pushing extra services. The office staff is very friendly, they call to set up the quarterly applications and handle the billing. The service staff who come out are very professional, friendly and thorough. They spray indoors and out, asking about any pests you've seen recently, to make sure they do the right applications. They spray under sinks, along all thresholds, along the baseboards (even in closets), in the window seals, in the garage and the back porch, and all around the outside of the house. I also use them for a once a year termite/ carpenter ant inspection, but they keep an eye out for any signs of those pests during the quarterly visits (and in fact found an active carpenter ant nest in the ceiling of our sun room last year.) They make great recommendations for keeping pests away, like making sure tree branches don't touch your roof or home to provide a bridge for carpenter ants and termites.

No problems, used a pump sprayer to put ant control spray around the edges of the house, went through all rooms in the house, upstairs and downstairs. Used a pellet spreader and sprayed around the foundation of the house. I didn't get my yard ant controlled, and since then I think I should have done that. Research Pest Control uses "Top Choice" for yard control and I hadn't heard of this before. Since then I've done research on the internet and found Top Choice (Fipronil) to be the best solution, even vetted by Texas A&M researchers. I didn't get a price for this service, but it lasts up to a year, instead of a couple of months like the spray I received. I'd probably do this next time.

I first called Research Pest Control for an initial visit for insect spraying and termite inspection. During the visit, I asked them to look in the attic because I had heard some activity up there. After finding a squirrel, an appointment was scheduled for two weeks later. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the squirrel/rodent control treatment, especially in their inspection and sealing of roof lines. The team was very efficient and straightforward. While I wish it didn't cost so much, the professionalism and thorough work of the rodent control team makes it worth it.
