OK--but the technicians left boxes and used gloves all over my attic. I had to contact Research Pest Control to come back and clean up after themselves. When they returned, their clean-up work was inadequate-I had to clean up the attic myself which took a couple of hours.

They showed up on time and were very thorough. They came back several times and made sure the problem was solved. Punctual and professional.

I've used them for 35 years. They have never been late for an appointment. They're very prompt. The workers are excellent.

I would continue to use them. In fact my neighbours are currently using them. My neighbour actually recommended them to us.

The guy was courteous. He put the things on his shoe like my wife liked. He was in and out and he explained everything to my wife and he was gone. That was it. He was neat. He came at the time he was supposed to come.

Took care of the rat problem in a few weeks. Inspected, set traps, closed up access points. Returned several times until no rats found in traps. Were always on time - except last time they were late. i called the main office where they have staff answering phones all day long - no need to wait for someone call back - and the tech was there within 15 minutes. Great service - rats have not returned.

They are great. On time, have early appts and they do a good job. I will continue using this company.

Rob understood how specific bugs travel, or not, and the structure of buildings, walls, etc. So he is intellect about this "pest" business. That only comes from workers who really care, educate themselves, read, and know current treatment products and which are the best also. Very knowledgeable workers, fast, on time and great to work with. I continue to use this company because I trust them, no yearly contracts, and they have the best prices in town. I highly recommend this company to many people.

There were thousands of cadavers! He thought that he might have gotten the main nest and now we are sure he did. 10 days later we noticed ants crawling in and out of the chimney box, so we called again. Another gentleman came out and sprayed that area (which hadn't been done before) at no additional charge. We have seen no ant activity since then and are very pleased.

Mr. Preston Waller is punctual,honest, and dependable, a professional that is well versed in the knowlege of swimming pools.

Ronnie showed up right at the designated time, Very professional and knowledgeable of pests, how to eradicate them, and of the local area, which is very helpful since we just purchased the house last week. Turns out Ronnie was the exterminator for the previous owners and knew a lot about the house and area.

They would not follow up with us. We had to follow up with them, and a scorpion request is very serious.

We had a raccoon chew its way through the side of our chimney and down into our hard-to-reach vaulted ceiling. Research did an excellent job on this project. Gumi was great to work with and was punctual on the initial visit, the work visit, and all 3 follow-ups. They got the critters out and put up a barrier at the entry points to prevent the wildlife from getting back in. Thanks Research! Professionalism all the way.

On Sunday we noticed several bees inside the house. Looking out one of the windows it was clear that a colony of bees had taken up residence under the house. there were thousands of bees outside one side of the house. I call Reseach Pest control at 10:00am on Monday and explained the situation and they had someone at the house in two hours at no extra charge. This is the second time that I have used Research Pest control and I have been 110% satisfied both times.

Will not use anyone else. Have been using them for 6 years and refer to all my friends.

We got the name of this company from Angie's list, read the reviews and decided to try them. Great choice. Everything went very well. We will continue to use their services.

I discovered a whole in my eaves where a friend saw a squirrel entering. Research Pest Control came and checked for evidence of squirrels in attic. Sealed all possible entrances to attic and set live trap for squirrels and trip traps for rats. Returned after 3 days to check traps and removed live squirrel. Reset traps and returned 2 more times and removed dead rats. When traps no longer resulted in rats or squirrels, they removed all traps. They were always prompt, professional, polite and pleasant. I would definitely recommend them!

They are punctual. They do not require a contract. I am on a rotating schedule and they do call to remind you.
