+ -1 moreWanted to schedule a future appointment as a first-timer, so I called on a Saturday morning during their open-for-business hours stated on Angie's List and their own website. However, their telephone machine greeting stated they were only open Monday through Friday so, no thanks, I didn't leave a message for a callback. If they can't correctly provide such simple essential information, I find that is often a clue of things to come with service providers.
Description of Work: Wanted to request termite inspection and, if necessary, get quote for control services.

Description of Work: I'm a quarterly service with Research. No Contract! They call me every quarter and we scheduled a time and day. They're prompt and courteous. I've also used them for termite problems and when the termites returned, no questions asked, they responded quickly and retreated my house.

He said they would call in 3 months to set up the next appointment if I needed but no contract was required. Very professional and so far it looks like the ants are gone.

Description of Work: We had rats in the attic and RPC came out to treat them. They surveyed the house and plugged any openings into the attic. They then placed traps, coming back periodically to 'fetch' them. They made a # of trips and didn't complain at all when then needed to return (4 or 5 times).

+ -1 moreI called because we had been seeing roache, especially with the rain. He was right on time and very professional. He sprayed inside and out. I have a dog and was concerned about him. He suggested we put my dog in one room while he sprayed the others and it would dry within 15 minutes. They offer the first treatment at one price and then if you would like to continue on a quarterly basis, it's $30 less than the first application. We will do that, but there was no obligation. I was told all this on the phone. I had an Angie's List coupon for $10. The original price was $95.
Description of Work: Sprayed onside and outside and put granuals down for ants outside.

+ -1 moreWonderful group of people who really understand Customer Service. On time, no contracts, and professional in every way. I received good explanations of the bug issues I encountered, what I might expect in specific seasons, what to look out for, and this is from the field personnel and the office too. They are never in a rush to completely provide you with information. So as a consumer you really need to know this information and knowledge. Do hire them and do keep them coming back to help you out. This company will set up repeated calls to help you and you never have to worry about them trying to push other services just for more $$. I highly recommend them from many aspects of a well run business that really practices Customer Service with grace!
Description of Work: The first visit was when I moved into a house that had been vacant for several months. So I needed top to bottom spraying and help to get the build up of bugs out. There was no "first time fee" or contract required. Several other companies would not even come out with a full year contract. Since several people in my community use this company, I was waved the first visit fee. Outside of the house was also treated. A discussion about what I saw in the year and what to expect in this area of Austin was great information from the Service Tech. On time and very knowledgeable on products too. Do have a list of questions ready & let this company treat all areas of concern. It certainly is worth the time invested to discuss with them how to keep your property in good order.
