The cost varies if you stay with them. As of now we are going to. First visit was about $120. Future visits we think will be around $80.

Professional speaks in terms the average homeowner can understand about pest prevention and control. Told us what chemicals are used. 30-day warranty on the work done which I really appreciated given wet weather.

Description of Work: They looked for critter(s) in our attic. |The found some ways that something was(could) enter our attic. No |critter was found and the entry ways were plugged.

Description of Work: Arrived on schedule in nearly freezing temperatures, treated several areas in our front walk where fire ants had burrowed beneath and were making mounds between the stones. Also treated a perhaps ten-inch mound in one of our beds that has been troubling us for a couple of years. Can't speak at present as to the efficacy of yesterday's treatment, but they did an interior ant control for us several months ago and we never saw a single small black ant in the house from that day on. Tree roaches have also been absent since then, an unintended bonus.

Description of Work: Called Research Pest Control to treat my home for sub-t termites in the master bathroom. I was acting on advice from a friend who had used them before in her real estate dealings. The cost was a fraction of what I expected. The tech (David) explained that I had done well to act so quickly. Apparently, a lot of homeowners drag their feet and the damage ends up being much greater and more expensive that what we experienced. What a relief!

Description of Work: I use Research Pest Control on a regular basis for pest control services. They spray the outside of the house only, which seems to do the trick. I hardly ever have any pests inside the house. On the rare occasion when I do, they come out right away for a special treatment. On two occasions, we had "visitors" in our attic - squirrels. Research did a fantastic job - they set traps and came out regularly to check on them, plus they did a complete barrier protection job in the attic - sealing up all possible entry points.
