Description of Work: I use this company all the time and I love the service they provide. They come out free of charge between pest control sprays if we need them to. When you call the office a person answers...not a machine. I definitely recommend them.

Ā + -1 moreThere are fewer bugs, pest, and mice than there have been in the past. They delivered what they promised. I think there should be more of a formal process. They use environmentally safe stuff. It is important to us to be green conscious. The people are easy to talk to. They are careful to explain details and they don't try to pressure you. They were successful in delivering what they said they would. I would recommend others to talk with them and to look into their programs.
Description of Work: They sprayed inside, outside, and weep holes. The delivery of service was friendly. They put booties shoes outiou It is not the most thorough that I have experienced.

Description of Work: They sprayed the outside of the home first. They later returned to spray the inside of the home because we were doing some remodeling work during the first visit. The service was great. They were here on time. They were courteous. They followed up with a repeat visit when we called. I have no problems with the service.

Ā + -1 moreThey did a good job. I was pleased. When I needed to change the appointment, I called and spoke with one of the family members. They are a family owned business. They were really nice about it and rescheduled the appointment with no problems. I have a contract with them but I am moving and my home is currently being built. They were nice enough to let me put my account with them while my home is being built. They are really nice people.
Description of Work: My contract is currently on hold with them. They were spraying both the inside and outside of my home. They came monthly.

I've used Green for almost 3 years now, always professional and always there when they say, for either their normal services or any call backs. Adam was the first to ring my door bell 3 years ago, and it has been an amazing experience since. i have turned all my neighbors to them and they now service almost my entire street, everytime i see the techs, they wave and say hi, you can tell its a family run business like they say. I was born and raised in round rock and cedar park, and have always been about small business, i feel they are one of the great ones and will continue to use them and tell everyone i can about them! Thanks Green, Yall are awesome!

Ā + -1 moreThey came out and introduced themselves. Gave me references of people I knew in the neighborhood. Worked out a very good deal with me. Came one other time to do a follow up. Very courteous and careful of my dogs which meant a lot to me.

Ā + -1 more)I hired this firm to preform pest control at my old house and they did a great job. I sign a year contract which was up in August of 2012. I sold my old house in October of 1012 and I assumed my contract was up and all was over. Well they treated my old house in November of 2012 and sent the bill to the new owner, they naturally refused to pay. Green tracked me down and demanded I pay the bill because the contract has very FINE PRINT that indicates it auto renews unless I cancel the contract. So after much name calling and getting very mad I finely agreed to pay the $99.00 bill (to protect my credit). And to top it off, they charged a late fee. Nice big set if you ask me. So if you use them READ THE FINE PRINT they will hold your feet to the fire and you will burn.
