Green Pest Services were okay, but not great. We noted that insects seemed to return more quickly after a treatment. They offered free follow-up treatments, which we took advantage of a few times, but it just got to be too much to ask for a follow-up every time, so we went with a more traditional pest control company. If their treatments consistently lasted 50% longer than they did for us, I would hire them again. As it was, I liked them, but it took too much of my time to insure we got a consistently good treatment.

They come quarterly. They offer a solution that actually works. They come when the kids are not around.

All went very well. They will even come back out again for free if you notice pests returning during the spray effective period.

We've been using them for a long time and they do a great job. We plan to continue with them.

Scheduled it for 22nd March Spoke with Adam. He is really a nice guy. went through all the details real nice. He answered all my questions with lot of patience. Definitely would recommend him. Waiting for the service to be done service is done on March 24 and first follow up which is after one month is done yesterday and service is good

We've been using Green Pest Svcs for almost 2 years now and appreciate their prompt service and attention to detail. I am set up for them to come out on a quarterly basis after they found black widows in our garage. They call every 3 months and offer a variety of times to accommodate our schedule. They use organic inside and regular spray outside. They get every weep hole, nook and cranny. When the hornets look for water and build their nests in your eves or fire ants construct a home in your landscaping, simply call Green pest Svcs and they will come out on a timely basis. We have been pest free since their 1st visit!

It has been very good. I've been using them for about 1 1/2 years now.

Have never needed interior treatment following the initial treatments. Everything they use is plant and animal/human safe which is important to me with grandkids and grandpets.

Green is wonderful. They show up when they are supposed to (quarterly) and check the entire area and then treat accordingly. We never have bugs indoors, but it is great to know that if I ever do, all I need to do is pick up the phone. Plus, their products are safe for the environment and for pets and children.

Great service. Very flexible with scheduling. Quality! No problems with pests!

The past tech did a better job and took more time to insure proper coverage than the past techs.

Diane and Brian in the office were very helpful and informative with explaining their services and pricing. I decided to go with their company and a year's contract after speaking with them. Chris did my service and he was terrific. He was punctual, courteous, and answered all my concerns and questions. He also took care of the fire ants in my front and back yards, which is different from other vendors. Very happy and I'm looking forward to a long term relationship with Green Pest!

Announced arrival & asked if I had any special problems. Then proceeded to spray outside the house & garage. I stated there were no problems inside the house so there was no need to spray inside. Very professional. Have used them before as I have scheduled dates for service for the year. I have called when I had a particular problem & they schedule a return visit quickly at no extra cost. Will continue to use them next year too as I am very satisfied with their service. Have recommended them to someone & they were pleased too.

If you ask, they can go to the attic to check. If you don't, they won't. And I got confused a little bit, because they used different products to treat fire ants every time. But the ants got treated anyway. They are glad to answer your questions, and come back for any more fire ants hills appear after rain.

On time. Friendly. Willing to come back out if needed. So far, so good!

Green Pest Services has been a reliable, cost-efficient, and effective service to control pests in and around my house. Several other pest control service have pitched to me, with basically a similar product and schedule, but Green Pest Services comes in much more affordable.

Originally I was approached by a very nice man that sold me on the pest control service and maintenance, for the new house I was in the process of moving into. I signed up and was able to get a tech out to my home the following day. The girl that did my service was nice, professional and I thought she did a great job. However, I was then approached by another company later that evening, who did what I should have done after the Green Tech left my home. They walked me around the house and pointed out numerous places Green missed, including several webs, spider eggs, a fire ant nest and a few other small things in the area. I was taken back that such a friendly and professional tech missed so many things on my first service, because, to me she seemed very knowledgeable... long story short, I decided to cancel my contract with Green Pest and went with someone else. I will not speak ill of the business itself, because the workers that actually do the service are professional, friendly and working hard (the girl that came was obviously working all day and didn't get to my house until after 6pm!), however, after cancelling my contract I got "the call" from the manager asking me why I cancelled. The call I expected, I didn't expect the manager to give me an ultimatum; "cancel and you'll owe me another $100 for the service we did" or "stay with us and we'll come back out and fix what the tech missed". My argument was this; Why should I be paying an additional $100 for something that wasn't done right in the first place? I explained this to the manager, but he was EXTREMELY pushy and blamed his tech, even after I asked him not to several times. He was also overly focused on the $100 that I was "going to have to pay" if I cancelled the contract. I'm not sure of this "managers" name, but he was rude, pushy and I had to interrupt him by yelling into the phone because he was being so rude to me. After realizing what he did, later that evening he did call me back and said he would waive the $100 if I cancelled, which I did. Green Pest's employees are friendly and professional, their management on the other hand should learn manners from the people below them.

Their service has been great. They are always on time, friendly, and answer all of my questions. They are very helpful and informative. They are not the cheapest but its well worth it for the quality of the work.

I have not seen any bugs or various other pest since I started using their service. They will show up on time and they are always professional. They do a great job. I am the only house in my neighborhood that has not had a scorpion in my home. The price is competitive. They allow you to pre pay and receive a discount, which is what we do.

They are the only pest control company I have used that control my rat problem. I have not seen any rats since they started the service. Their service is great. They always call and offer to spray the inside of the home if needed. They have sprayed the outside and done a good job of eliminating bugs and various other pests. Their price is cheaper compared to about four other providers I have used. They have a competitive price. The service is good overall.

They come while I am at work and complete the services. Their service has been great. I have never had a complaint with their service. The price is reasonable. They call a couple of days before to let me know they are coming so I can put away my dog the day of service.

The service has been great. They always notify you prior to them coming out. To get into my back yard I have to unlock it. They always remind me. If I want them to do the inside, I just notify them.They are pretty proficient on notifications.

The service has been fine. I have not had any issues. They are always reliable. It is nice, easy, and convenient.

They are a local business. If I need them to come in between appointments, they will at no additional charge. Their service has been great.
