Never received any communication.
Description of Work: I contacted Elite Electric because our refrigerator was started tripping the breaker. I did not receive any communication.

Description of Work: i Have called them before joining angie's list. They dropped the ball then last year. Thought I'd give them a shot since I saw that they had an "a" rating on angie's list. I left a message on monday They have not called back. It is now Wednesday. I should have known.

Member, I'm sorry that you feel as though I'm an "F" across the board. I bent over backwards last year to try to meet your "yesterday" deadline twice. It costs me a great deal of resources to drop what I'm doing, drive to Lakeway to look at your project, and assemble a bid to simply not hear back from you again. Maybe there was some mis-communication with your realtor as he was our go-between while you were out of town? I don't know how I could have served you better, but had you expressed your problem with me to me I would certainly have tried. I pay great attention to customer service and strive to make each of my customers 100% satisfied with my services.
