There was a mis communication when I scheduled this appointment. When we spoke I understand I would have a technician out to my home by 8AM and the tech would call by 7:30. I ended up calling them at 8:15 wondering what happened. The technician was there in the next 30 min and they were prepared to no charge me. I ended up buying a new roller set getting full inspection and a universal door opener. Everything was done quickly and the tech was professional and courteous. As I said there was a misunderstanding when scheduling. I would simply make sure on time. Otherwise these guys are great!

The technician was running later than the morning time that was promised, so I called the store and they were able to send another tech. Great service! He was so quick and professional and polite and helpful. It's fixed and running like new!

Skilled new what he was doing. No mess to clean up. All tested and it works with a parts guarantee .

I had a problem with my garage door opener in that it wasn't consistently working properly. The person came out to the house cleaned everything and told me the unit was old but it didn't make sense to replace it until it totally stopped. A few months later I had issue again and called them to replace the unit. The guy was professional, friendly, upfront about costs and ensured I understood fully how to operate everything before he left. The opener works great and I can even operate it from my cell phone. Great family run company.

Quick response to my plea for help and quick resolution.

I needed the install of a previously bought garage door opener done quick before my new tenant moved in and they made it happened. The original contractor didn't have an opening for another week. Thought I was going to be charged a ridiculous amount for the one day notice but wasn't. I am very impressed. Everyone was very professional from the scheduler to the installer even the finance department that took my payment over the phone the next day after the job was done. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

Super-quick and will add features as requested. (Such as burying a ground spout pipe that wasn't in my initial request.)

I have AHS and they could not get one of there contractors out in a timely manner. Cedar Park Overhead door came out diagnosed the problem and worked with AHS in order to make sure I was taken care of. These guys are great! Thank you for doing the work the day of diagnosing the problem. Replaced entire garage door opener and repaired garage door.

Carl, the tech, who did my installation is the best ever. If i need work from Cedar Door Overhead in the future, i will request him specifically! Did a perfect job and worked on Saturday to accommodate my schedule.

Installer was very helpful with explaining set up and operation of opener. Also went over items that needed attention but were not required and I actually went ahead and let him replace rubber gasket across bottom of the door, my old had shrunk and was allowing crickets and debris to get into garage.Would recommend and use them again in future.

Ted from Cedar Park Overhead doors came and provided a good estimate. Based on that estimate, he went and acquired the right used part. Did a great job in adjusting the spring and aligning it. Helped us with other issues too. would highly recommended him compared to other pros who did not care to address the issue and was more on to get rid of the call rather to understand the issue like Cedar part overhead did. Thank you Guys.
