Cedar Park Overhead Doors

CPOD was recommended by word of mouth for their quality work. I've waited 2 weeks before writing this review to make sure there's no problems. Not quite a burn-in test, I know. First, 2 gotchas: 1. It's best to call them directly with the number on their web site. I opted to chat first, and the chat-bot made my contact number available to other businesses who contacted me right away. I called CPOD directly a day later. 2. The appraiser was scheduled for 8-noon. I asked if he can block out 10-10:30 because I have a work meeting then. The scheduler said yes. The appraiser showed up at 10:05. A little passive aggressive perhaps? Now my co-workers meme about this. The gist: Dean was my technician. He's quite the gentleman: no nonsense and thoroughly professional. He not only replaced the broken guide slat of my garage door, he re-calibrated the whole thing and it is smoother and quieter than it's ever been. We use the door at least 5 times per day (10 open/close). It's been 140 of those and I'm still happy with the work. Thanks, Dean!

I suspect they are not the cheapest choice, but they were prompt, their serviceman seemed competent and I am happy with the new garage door opener they installed. I got the strongest opener they have with a new bar also for about $630.

I had excellent communication with them, from the start. They showed up when they said they were going to, and did a phenomenal job on my garage door, that I damaged. Thank you so much for a JOB WELL DONE. It looks brand new again & is working better than ever.

They arrived on time and looked at the problem, and apparently resolved it the first time, but had to come back and review. Tried to close the garage door again this morning after leaving, and it would not close.

After calling Cedar Park, called 3 other garage door companies to get bids on purchase and installation on a new garage door. Two calls went unanswered the third did not carry inventory as implied by their website. Cedar Park was able to answer all questions related to quality, materials, insulation etc. Installation was done effortlessly and efficiently by one person.. I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and craftsmanship of the installation.

I am return customer, had them come out to Marble Falls resident for annual inspection work. Jacob Jennings and co-worker Central did a great job but had to return another day to get parts. Even when Jacob called us back to inform us he had a personal emergency and could not return , he made arrangements to send a replacement co- worker Robert Zacher , who was very professional and finish the job. We will use Cedar Park Overhead Doors again in the future. Thank you !

Cedar Park Overhead Doors, came out to check my garage door which had the seal strip at the bottom of the door gone and installed a LiftMaster Door opener. Called them on Tuesday, Scott came out to do a check to see what was needed and very professional. The next morning (Wed) Scott was here and proceeded to start the project. I was inside on a conference call and I really didn't here any noise. When I went out the door had been repaired and the door lifter installed. Scott rocked on the install! Highly Recommended!

The beautiful door color and style we picked was the only one among several different suppliers that matched and worked perfectly with our home front.
