They had no qualms about coming out late Wed on the day before Thanksgiving and getting the job done. They did not charge emergency nor off hours rates either. Good people. Will definitely use them again.

They called me within minutes of me filling out the computer information and were at my house within 24 hours. The tech Lynn was fantastic and instead of replacing the openers suggested we try something less expensive which worked!! He went above and beyond what was expected and was greatly appreciated! Unless you have months to wait on this company, use another company. For a garage door to be shipped from Missouri took almost two months and they kept telling me it would only take two weeks. I had to keep calling and getting the same old answer that door was on order when it wasn't. Rumor has it that they are in hurtsville for money and this is probably why the workers are ticked off as they have to wait for weekly payments. Had the company here numerous time to correct the problem with no luck. This is a new door and belt drive motor and should be a quiet operation but the sound when the door is opened and closed is terrible. A belt drive motor is supposed to be a quiet operation but the one installed with the door is worse than the chain drive I had originally.

Service Tech was excellent, fast, helpful and made sure job was complete with a good clean-up. Had two door springs replaced and new opener. Opener replacement $299 was a good value, however more than $200 for the two springs was more than four times the price I could have bought them on-line. Replacement labor $79 was reasonable.

I was kind of disappointed that I had to wait over the weekend to have the garage door opener replaced and a keypad installed, but the job got done, without me having to be there, and the cost was very reasonable for a new 2015 unit, remote, keypad, and labor.

This project is in limbo right now due to garage color and whether or not the panel can be replaced, otherwise the doors won't match in color resulting in replacing both doors.

I do not ordinarily hand out 5 stars for home repair work for one reason or another. I observe 3 things (1) assess the problem asap and fix it (2) the manner and time spent assessing and fixing the problem, (3) the fee charged. the technician who came to my home did all three things to my satisfaction and more. Pleasant manners. Was extremely surprised and grateful the bill came to $39.50.

When this guy came out he was extremely cocky. When I told him that another company had given me a lower estimate, he immediately popped back with, "Ha, I bet they didn't even show up." To which I replied, "Um no, he actually isn't scheduled to be here until later." The only reason I went ahead and hired him was because I was in a pinch and needed my car out of the garage. Cedar Park Doors charged me $60 for a $20 bracket and $100 of labor for a 10 minute job. Lesson learned, I will never be using them again.

I was out of town on vacation when I got a call about a garage door issue with my rental house. I found Cedar Park Overhead Doors on Home Advisor and, based on the ratings, hired them sight unseen. I was delighted with their response time and efficiency in resolving the problem. They called me from the site and gave me detailed information on the problem, options available to resolve the problem, and pricing. I didn't do any comparison price shopping but their price was very reasonable compared to other garage door repairs I have had done. It is great to be able to hire with confidence and be delighted with the results.

These people did an excellent job. They did repairs on my LiftMaster garage door opener and replaced the main spring with two springs that have a lifetime warrantee. I highly recommend these guys. Very professional.

The serviceman was very concerned that all was working well before he left. He did a good lubrication job and explained annual servicing keeps the doors working better and they last longer. He. Also explained that if it went out again it would be good to consider a replacement. I. Was very pleased.
