The installer was on time, explained what he was going to do. We had a issue with some hanging shelving that was going to obstruct the door, he helped to raise it to make the door open properly

There was nothing wrong with the door but it needed routine maintenance. They did a great job and did not over charge me or try to upsell me with unnecessary work. It was great. I will hire them again!
