Excellent service. The technician went out of his way to find replacement parts quickly for the door that needed repair for which the original manufacturer was no longer in business. He also did a complete servicing of the overall system, and reset the safety settings to avoid future similar damage. Finally he took the time to instruct me on certain features of the garage door opener though that was not the part that needed repair and gave me some great maintainace tips that I can perform myself. Had an opener that wouldn't lift the door. Instantaneous response from Don on a Saturday. Turned out the nylon follower on the lead screw needed to be replaced. He not only fixed it but adjusted the spring and balanced the door for free. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Completely professional, I called them and spoke to them about my needs. They told me their hours of operation the next day, I showed up and I was immediately taken care of by their friendly staff! A technician even came out from where he was working to show me how to program my handy dandy new garage door opener!
