Kebo Lawn Service LLC

Purchased the "groupon" for 6 hours of lawn service. I was having a party over the weekend and asked Kebo Lawn Service if he would be able to squeeze me into his schedule on short notice. He was able to accommodate my request and was out the very next day. His crew did a great job completing all the tasks I requested in a timely manner and did a great job. I would definitely recommend and hire again. Thank you!

It was a terrible experience. I paid online signed up for three different time frames for them to come out and do yardwork for six hours. I waited a few weeks and had heard nothing because I kind of forgot about it but as I was sitting on my back porch I was noticing all the weeds that were growing. So I called the business and left a message, couple days later I left another message, and after that I called Angie's List. They were super helpful and reach out to the business and finally I got a call from Kebo lawn service. We talked on the phone and weirdly said hey will you text me to remind me to call you later tonight. At 9:15 as I was sitting on my back porch still no call and it was about time to go to bed. A couple days went by and still no call. So I decided to call the vendor and tell him I didn't need his services. I then called Angie's List and the nicest customer service guy named Jamall was so helpful and credited my money back to me. He was so convincing that I decided to keep Angie's list even though this was my first and only experience and it was negative. He was completely honest and his opinion of whether I keep the angie's list or not was very sincere. It is very hard to find good customer service anymore and Jamall was outstanding. I hope your manager reads this Jamall and you get recognized.

The manager/owner was good but his helper was inexperienced and work not up to my expectations

I recommended three possible appointment times. I received a one-line email announcing they set my appointment date at some time I did not agree to. I made more recommendations. I still haven't heard back from them. No work has been performed.

Very good in spite of a very hot day.

A good job by Charlie & his brother-in-law, on a very hot day. They moved all the rubbish to where the trash collection area is on the property by the roadside. Two men for a total of six hours work.

they were a little slow, but did me a great job and I will definitely hire them again. They cleaned my yard up with everything I wanted done.

It was raining that day and he and his helper worked in the rain. He couldn't get all the bushes taken out because of the roots being too big. He is coming back the first week in September to finish the job with a chain saw to get them out.

It turned out well and I thought they did a good job. There was a mix up with their schedule. He scheduled me for a date. I called them to find out when he was coming and they didn't have me down, but he was able to be out here within a couple of hours.

They arrived half an hour early because of predicted rain and went right to work. They were professional and polite and worked for most of the three hours in a drizzle. I will definitely call them again. I think they did more work than the $99 special I paid for.

Wonderful experience. They arrived on time, had the pot loaded and were gone within 15 minutes. Also cleaned up the dirt left from the pot. They are very friendly and worked with me on the pickup time. I would DEFINITELY use them again.

Followed-up by phone and set a time to provide service. Showed as promised. Got a little more time than allotted which is good, easy to work with and service was good. Unable to cut the very high shrubs so had to borrow my ladder. Cut two small trees down and removed dying shrubs.

On time, courteous. I'd use them again.

Very well. The owner and one other employee worked for 3 hours (6 man hours). My shrubs were getting too big and growing too close together. The employee did the pruning and he did a masterful job, exactly the way I described how I wanted it, adding good separation between shrubs with a natural rounding effect . The bed looked very neat and professionally manicured when complete. I had some stubborn crepe myrtle shoots that keep coming up and the owner did not just cut them down, he dug down to the roots.

Kebo did a wonderful job. Charlie was very easy to work with and . We talked about the job prior to the appointment, and Kebo showed up on time and prepared. While many lawn service companies forget about details like cleaning everything up, attention to detail, leaving early and checking with the customer throughout the work, Kebo takes pride in what they do. We used a promotion offer for this first round, and will likely use them again at their regular rate for other yard work. Well worth it.

Extremely well. We set a time of 7:00 am and the owner (Charley) was at my door several minutes before. We discussed what I wanted done and he and his helper went right to work. They worked very hard and accomplished everything that we discussed. I would definitely use this company again.

I had my stuff in a two large piles (one in the driveway and one in the back yard). They made quick work of the two piles and had a great attitude while doing it. Their pick-up truck and utility trailer were more than up to the task. I think my volume was actually over the allowance, but nothing extra was charged nor even mentioned. Despite the long distance from their base in Cedar Hills to my house near Denton, we worked out the scheduling challenges just fine.

Not even 30% of the work needed got done. I would not recommend this to anyone. 2 people showed up and only one did the real work.

Charlie and his crew showed up on time. I showed him the debris to be removed in order of priority (not knowing how much would fit on his trailer). They got to work and even though it was miserably hot, they finished in record time and were able to get everything I was hoping to on the trailer. My hubby called while they were working and asked if they were there. I told him they were hard at work and doing an amazing job. He was impressed at their punctuality and that I was giving them a good review. When I sent him a picture of what the back yard looked like when they had finished, he was loving the uncluttered look. He even wanted their card for future work of for referring them to friends. We would not hesitate to use the services again. We are so pleased and it was such a big help for us in getting our backyard ready for our house going on the market.

Charlie and his employee are very friendly, polite, helpful, hardworking, professional (very timely, very responsive to whatever was needed & made sure we approved of their work as they went along), did a wonderful job at a very affordable price, trimming lots of very overgrown bushes, extracting vines & weeds, great clean-up & preparation for local pickup, really look forward to working with this company very soon to continue our yard cleanup & to maintain everything. We are very grateful to Charlie for a great job & recommend him to everyone ! :)
