They took my money (Angie’s List) and delays and excuses to do the work kept happening for over a year. The work was never done... just money taken for no services!!! Both services betrayed my trust.

Bush trim half done, top half not done. Weeding done with String Trimmer throwing rubber mulch all over the yard. Each mowing of grass picks up and throws mulch. His Sting Trimmer also chopped off ornamentals. We asked him to remove a clump of Johnson Grass, not done.

I contacted the company and left several messages after I purchased the deal. I finally received a response a week or 2 later and then he told me he no longer deals with Angie's List because he's losing money on the deal. So i had to contact Angie's list to get a refund.

Good. They trimmed my hedges and cleaned up the yard after themselves.

They did not call to discuss or schedule.

They did not do a good job. I have used other companies that cleaned up and were professional. This company was not professional, did not clean up and I ended having to call someone else to do the job.

He didnt return calls for over 3 weeks and when he did he trashed Angie's list. He went on to say he was no longer associated with Angie's List. He said he would come out and do the work at a greatly increased price. It was also clear that he was using the leads that he got from Angie's List without giving any of the proceeds to Angies List. He appeared to be disreputable so I did not employ his services. Angie's List had already returned my payment before he contacted me.

They have been preforming weekly lawn service since early April. Great Work!!!!

After several calls and emails, I gave up trying to schedule the work offered in the Angie's list coupon. Unfortunately, my patience was not rewarded and I waited too long before contacting Angie's List Customer Service to get a refund.

They have never contacted me. How do I get my money back?

It was hard work and they did a great job. Good guys and I would hire again.

Unable to contact company after multiple calls and emails

Purchased a big deal. Tried to contact using angieslist scheduler, phone and text. No response at all. Had to call AL to cancel the Big Deal since I could not reach the company.

so i have requested angieslist to refund my money after 2 weeks

It didn't. Never responded to email, scheduled appt. on web and call was not answered.

Customer Service was good. Contacted me when I complained, reached out to Kebo Lawn and said that they would be contacting me. Again never ever heard from Kebo Lawn service. I asked for my money back and received it right away. DO NOT use Kebo Lawn service!!!! is my advice.

They didn't do what I thought they were going do. They didn't do the shaping, they just trimmed a little bit.

Great! The two guys that showed up worked hard and efficiently.

They were great. They were very good. They were punctual on time and did what they said they were going to do.

two guys did the work but failed to actually trim the bushes that my husband specifically pointed out needed trimming. Left lots to be desired in a "landscaping company".

It was good. I wouldn't say they were amazing, but they were okay. I was in a time crunch, they came quicker than they were going to for me. That was nice of them. They were very polite and nice, it just wasn't as complete as I expected it to be. I would tell family or friends that I would probably go with somebody else.

MOSTLY GOOD - HAD A LOT FOR THEM TO DO. THEY WERE APPARENTLY NOT AWARE THAT ONLY PAPER BAGS WOULD BE PICKED UP BY CITY OF FW AND ASKED ME TO GET PLASTIC YARD BAGS. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED TO MAKE SURE, BUT JUST ASSUMED THEY KNEW. HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE TO PICK UP LARGE PLASTIC BAGS.

Well. Very prompt and worked diligently during the time allotted. Very polite and attentive to my requests

We could not agree on a date and time so they were so suppose to call me back with on favorable to me and never have but haven't refundef any money either
