Great, they arrived on time and did everything I asked. Bagged up my debris and put it out back, looked great when they were finished.

Charlie and James did an excellent job! They were on time and worked diligently for the designated time. All trash was bagged neatly and they thoroughly cleaned the walkways.

They worked for hours and did not take a break. The helper was a bit slow but Charlie (owner) was a work-horse and very polite! I already plan to have them back out after Christmas to do more bush trimming since we decided a very large bush needed a more severe cut after the holidays. Unfortunately, a piece of yard equipment broke but Charlie still finished by hand. He even helped me straighten some of the flowerbed borders.

He rescheduled my first appointment about 45 minutes before appointment due to bring stuck at another appointment. He did reschedule me for a time I needed due to homeowner association deadline. Found out they did not fertilize my backyard but said they did (I emailed and asked due to me giving them 1 1/2 bags of fertilizer and only seeing him fertilize the front yard). Did not sweep fertilizer off sidewalk and driveway so I have orange spots on both.

Fairly well. I was not home to clearly instruct them on what needed to be done, so there were some communication issues as my daughter had to try and show them what to do. As a result there were some larger weeds that were left, but I think they thought they were actual plants since they were so large.

I scheduled a service with Kebo lawn for 6 hours of lawn service for 149.00. So that breaks down to 2 guys from Kebo working 3 hours each. They arrived at 3:10 for a 3:00 appt and started to work at 3:15. I explained to Charlie that I wanted the flower beds weeded, and by weeded I wanted the weeds pulled out manually with the roots intact. I explained that I wanted to plant in my flower beds the following weekend and needed the weeds cleared out. I was very thorough in my explanation that the weeds needed to come out with the roots so they would not regrow. Charlie proceeded to use a weed eater to remove the weeds in one flower bed. I gave him the benefit thinking that maybe it was the first step in removing them with the roots. Wrong, Kebo lawn used the bulk of my time to weed eat the flower bed with a weed-eater and then leave all the roots in the soil. Pointless. They started on the flower bed with the least amount of weed and overgrowth, and took the majority of the time on that one. Charlie then put a lawnmower into the second flower bed and mowed a small portion of it down. All the roots were left in that flower bed as well and it wasn't even completed a third of the way. I spoke to Charlie about please pulling up the roots and he said he was doing that, but he wasn't. I felt like he really wasn't listening to my requests. I called a friend over to see if he could explain better that I could. When my friend arrived he caught Charlie's associate laying down in the shade of my garage sleeping, on my time where he wasn't visible from the house. My friend again explained this to Charlie about pulling up the weeds with the roots so they would not grow again. He didn't seem to understand. My friend requested that Charlie just till the soil up the roots could be extracted, but Charlie did not come prepared with a tiller. He stated it was broken. Charlie also excused himself from work to use his phone by his truck on several occasions. Both flower beds have roots left, so the weeds will all come back quickly. In the largest flower bed Kebo hardly made any progress just the spot where they mowed down the weeds. All the weeds are visible and it seems like they just crushed the weeds down and pretty much left them. I pulled some weeds right in front of them and they came out easily. I was very disappointed in the work. Now before Kebo states that the work couldn't have been done in three hours, I don't believe that. But I would have been okay with the work not being completed along as it was done well. I might have even hired them to finish it. But this job was terrible. To top it all off they called me out and stated they were done at 5:55, so they did not give me three hours of work. I called Charlie the next day to express my disappointment with the job, and he said he would return my money. But I see he cashed my check and has not returned my money yet, and probably won't. Terrible service, unprepared, and completely unsatisfactory work. I didn't expect perfection, or even completion, but I did expect Charlie to do what I asked, and do it well instead he left me flower beds with all the weeds still there.

They did a great job. I am very pleased.

Crew was very efficient, had 2 men for 2 hours and they got everything done, even with the overwhelming number of weeds in the flowerbed. Still looks awesome. We plan on reaching out later this year to have them trim trees in the back yard.

Charles was very responsive. Quick to contact me, kept me posted throughout scheduling and called to remind me of my appointment. Two man crew showed up on time and did exactly what I asked.

Okay job. They didn't prioritize the jobs the way I asked them to, but stayed a little longer to try to remedy that.

They did exactly what I asked of them. Showed up on time and was very attentive to instructions given. Left my yard cleaner than they found it. Would recommend for general yard cleanup and maintenance.

Very well! Charlie and James did a great job. We did a have some slight miscommunication on the date, but Charlie was quick to correct it and more than made up for it. Our yard went from looking neglected and messy, to neat and a joy to look at. Have already recommended Kebo Lawn Service to my friends and will be calling them again for any lawn work we need.

We did have a slight miscommunication in the beginning, but Charlie was quick to correct it and get the work done. He went above and beyond what I expected. Will definitely call Charlie again to handle our yard work. I was very pleased.
