Once again, Larry did a great job.

Thorough.

Mr Larry Soria, Master Plumber, was running late; estimated to arrive 2:00pa-4:00pm, but called and kept us abreast of delay and gave a $25 certificate. He gave Detailed Estimates/Evaluations and Repaired the Shower Faucet, but with limited time : to come back and Replace Sink faucet. Claimed not to charge another $39 Service Call Fee. He gave thorough detailed Estimates.

Larry arrived within the time frame he gave and called about 30 minutes before he arrived. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It took about an hour and forty five minutes.

As soon as they came into our house they put on booties. They still did that even though I had tile and told him that it wasn't necessary to do so. Something like that would be important to someone who has beige carpeting. I appreciate how he didn't do any work until he showed me a written estimate. He promised me it would cost no more than that estimate. If anything, it would cost less. The price was around what I expected. I would give this company a top notch recommendation. They provided me with an excellent service. He really looked at everything and examined it thoroughly. He examined a leak that I had under my kitchen sink and easily repaired it with putty. I appreciated that he didn't sell me anything that I didn't need. He came to me asking if I would like to see and have him explain what he did. A representative of their's came out exactly when they said. They were also very quick in responding to my needs. He was able to answer all my questions directly. Apparently, the man who came to do the work ended up being the owner of the company. His wife is the one I talked to on the phone when I initially called. His truck looked large and brand new. I could have sworn he was part of a big company. He told me that it was just him. I've already been recommending him to my neighbors. He was just so informative and helpful. I felt like he was really watching out for me.

They had to cut a hole in the ceiling and find the defective pipe, so they could replace it. I didn't think anything was out of line with the price, all things considered. They got out there quickly and on time. It was leaking through the ceiling, so I wanted them there quickly.

Alpha Omega Plumbing did a really cool thing for us. The guy accidentally tore through some drywall and could have not said anything. He actually told us about it and took a big hunk of his bill off for the repair work. I now know this is an honest and thorough business.
