Machine cleaned drain from the roof vent because the interior cleanout wasn't accessible. My home has a very steep roof and is two stories. They went above and beyond in ensuring that I was pleased. I will definitely use them again.

They were quick and clean. They prepared me what might have to be done if the snaking method didn't work and then had me come inspect the caulking they did around the shower head. Very professional.

I needed a plumber. I called Alpha Omega to make an appointment . I reached their answering machine, I left my name and phone number with an explanation of what I needed, two days later no one bothered to return my call. My search for a professional continues.

He turned a very stressful situation into a manageble one!!! My husband was out of town when all of this happened and I was working full time. He was easy to work with.

We were having trouble with our hot water heater. Larry had installed it for us several years prior. We thought for sure it would need replacing. Larry stated he would be at our house at around 3pm or so. He called to let us know he would be later due to another job that took longer than expected. He said he would call when he was about 30 minutes away and he did. He found that we did not need to replace it but it needed a good cleaning out and explained what I needed to do to keep it cleaned. He was at our house until after 7pm. He could have just told us to get a new hot water heater and went on his way but he did not. We have used Alpha Omega before this and will continue to do so for our plumbing needs because of the professionalism and honesty of the company.

I appreciated the immediate call back so very much. I've often had trouble with tradesmen returning calls at all, leaving me with a horrible feeling of what do I do? He was very understanding and even referred me to other plumbers in my area. I found them to be very fair and honest and would definitely call them in the future.

He gave a fair price and very professional. His big over sized truck had everything that he needs, including a fixture. I did not need to get out to get something. He did the job right on the spot. I will give him an A on everything.

They did a great job. They came when I had trouble finding someone to come and had to clean the pipe twice, since the clog was so far away.

Mr. Soria and his apprentice were very professional, explained all costs before doing work, and were extra careful about taking care to protect bathroom rug from any work related debris and dirt on their shoes. After Mr. Soria left I confirmed my suspicion that the price we paid for the work performed was at the high end. For example, the web site www.aplumbers.com shows cost for replacing a dripping faucet should be between $45 to $100. We were charged $289.

Larry never called with estimate .....

I had a positive experience with Larry Soria, so I highly recommended him to my elderly mother in Preston Hollow. She called him Sunday, August 21, 2001 to tell him she had a water leak in her yard. She saw water bubbling up from the ground and thought she needed a plumber. She asked him if he could come fix it. He quoted a trip charge of $269 to come that day, or $69 to come the following day, Monday, August 22. She opted for him to come on Monday. He and a helper arrived on Monday and spent 3 1/2 hours digging up a small area in the yard. He told her it was a problem in the sprinkler line after all and not in her regular water line. He said he didn't have what he needed to fix the problem, and would be back on Wednesday, August 24th. Larry did not give my mother an estimate on Monday of what the job would cost (as he had always done with me), either before digging the hole, or after discovering the problem was in the sprinkler line itself. Larry and the helper came back on Wednesday and finished up in a little over an hour. The invoice was for $929! My mother told him she had a coupon somewhere, and eventually he removed the $69 trip charge, leaving a bill of $860 to repair a leak in the sprinkler line. Larry Soria had charged my mother $373 for digging the hole, and $487 for replacing some pipe with a new fitting, adjusting/ resealing the compression coupling, and covering the hole back up with dirt. The next morning on Thursday when my mother turned on her sprinkler system, half the heads didn't work, and the remainder didn't appear to have enough water pressure. She called Larry, and asked if there could be dirt in the line and had he blown it out. He said he didn't think there was dirt in the line. He said he would come back out the next day, but she declined and called Double Eagle Sprinkler Company instead. On Friday, August 26, two men came out from Double Eagle. They checked all the heads, and discovered Larry hadn't fully opened the valve in the sprinkler box which was resulting in inadequate water pressure. The sprinkler repair men were there 1 and 1/2 hours and charged $270.75. The sprinkler company charges included (a) digging out the same hole Larry and a helper had spent 3 and 1/2 hours digging out; (b) discovering Larry's mistake; (c) checking out the whole system; (d) changing out 4 sprinkler heads and five nozzles; (e) filling the hole back in with dirt. Needless to say, I believe my mother was charged an excessive, exorbitant amount for what the job required. I personally am extremely disappointed that someone I trusted to recommend to my own mother, would apparently take such advantage of a senior citizen who just happens to live in a nice neighborhood. Neither of us will Ever call on Alpha Omega Plumbing again.

I felt their price was outrageous. It really blew my mind for what I paid vs what I received. To receive the work with a warranty for more than one year, it would have been an extra $1500. They weren't able to guarantee to the work performed due to the type of piping I have. I know plumbing is expensive, but this seemed very high.

It took 1 1/2 days to complete (but was only there for about 8 hours total). Larry was very professional, cleaned up after the work was done (and I mean cleaned!) and removed all debrie. We had received estimates previously on some of the work, and they were way over what Larry charged. I highly recommend Larry for anyone needing plumbing issues. He knows exactly what he is doing! Start to finish it was a great experience, I will definately call them again when I have a plumbing problem.

They were very informative and educational when it came to the explanation for water leak. They were great to work with, and I would work with them again.

They have been out 2 or 3 times. He is very polite and respectful. He is responsive and clean. He is very good.

We discovered on Saturday we had a water leak. I called Larry on Saturday and left him a message that was returned promptly. I explained our situation and he tried to talk me through some quick fixes to save me money. When we discovered it was something he needed to fix he put me quickly on his schedule for first thing the following Monday. He fixed the problem quickly and effectively and I don't feel like he tried to gouge us on the price. I will definitely use him for any future plumbing needs and refer him to my friends.

I had used used AlphaOmega once before. I got the name off Angie's List. Larry did a good job so I called him again . I will use AlphaOmega for my next plumbing needs.

Larry arrived within the time frame he gave and called about 30 minutes before he arrived. He diagnosed the problem, gave me the prices up front, and offered me the option to either repair the disposal (even though it may not work like new) or install a new disposal. I asked for his advice and I was surprised that after understanding my use of the disposal he suggested the less expensive option to repair the disposal. He was very professional and wore a uniform with shoe covers. He also checked my water heater and gave me information on safetly. I would definitely use Alpha Omega Plumbing again.

Came out when they said they would. Solved our disgusting sewer problem. They were very professional, timely and forthcoming about all the problems we have. Plan on using them again.

Larry showed up on time and was very professional. He took the time to put on shoe covers before he walked through our house which was nice. He first did a thorough inspection of both areas and provided an estimate immediately. He took the time to explain the options and the repairs as well. I agreed to move forward with the repairs and he took care of both immediately. The repairs took about an hour. I was very pleased with the work and the professionalism. I also purchased a large bottle of drain treatment. I would recommend Alpha Omega Plumbing to friends and plan to use them again on future plumbing problems.

I thought he was overly priced and I don’t think I would use him again. I was told what I was going to be charged, but for the work he did I think he was overly charging me. When I called to find out if I was going to be charged, he told me one thing. When he got out here he said it wasn’t that. He quoted me high prices to fix something and I thought that was a little bit much when you can get the part cheaper than what he was going to charge me. I paid him $88. I don’t think he did a satisfactory job and he was a little late.

Everything went fantastic!!! Larry gave me a 2 hour window between 8-10 am, and I received a call around 8:45 am to let me know he would arrive in about 15 minutes. He put bags over his shoes as soon as he got inside. He cleaned up behind himself, and did not leave anything behind. The work was done in a timely fashion. We know have a plumber that we are satisfied with, and one that we will recommend to our family and friends. I will use Alpha Omega Plumbing Company for all future plumbing issues, and I highly suggest you to call Larry for your plumbing needs,

Finding this plumber was SO worth my Angies' List membership! Here's why. I have owned this 1984-built house in a semi-rural area for seven years. The original owner had indicated the location of the septic tanks and told me they had just been cleaned prior to my purchase. ( Not true.) I went along worry-free until our recent non-stop rain in October . Then the nightmare began. While taking a shower early one morning (10/26), I heard something go "boom" that I learned was the wax ring under the toilet closest to the kitchen and laundry room. "Water" filled the bathroom floor and all out into the hallway and under my wood floor. The first plumbing company I had out sent an inexperienced young man who didn't have a clue how to locate septic tanks. Cost me a service call fee. Then I had three different septic tank cleaning companies out, who looked and dug all over everywhere and still couldn't find a clean-out or the tanks. More service call fees, not to mention the days and days of being unable to use any of the facilities, the dishwasher, the washing machine, or even run water in the kitchen sink. On Thursday 11/5 I was waiting all afternoon for another plumbing company to call and tell me they were on the way when I'd just had it! I went back on Angies' list, and this time called Larry Soria, the owner of Alpha Omega Plumbing. It was 4 pm and he was on his way to another job. He listened to my sad plight, then called that other homeowner . He asked if they would mind waiting one more day for their tankless water heater while he helped out this poor person with the sewage backup, now going on two unbelievable weeks. He arrived about 4:45 pm, looked everything over, and gave me estimates of each task, in order, so I could prioritize. He had everything he needed on his huge truck...the drain snake, the camera, the computer, the sensor. By 8:30 pm, way after dark, he had located the drain clog, the septic clean-out, and the septic tanks. He had uncapped the clean-out and dug down to the first tank . For the first time in 11days I could flush a commode. The next day I had the tanks cleaned out. Then Larry returned on Saturday afternoon 11/7. He removed the old toilet with the "blown" wax ring. He showed me why the toilet was never totally secure on the floor. The brass phlange that the toilet sits on had never been anchored to the floor, allowing the toilet to "rock" slightly every time it was used. Then after neatly encasing the old toilet in plastic for removal , he installed the new toilet I had purchased, cleaned up some more, and finished off, literally, with the best caulking job I have ever seen. The final bill I paid reflects my 10% senior discount, but the work this fabulous professional did for me, and giving me back my peace of mind: Priceless!
